The food was delicious! It was my first time eating there with my wife and we both loved it! Gus was so professional, helpful, and kind to the both of us. He made us feel welcome and thoroughly explained the menu to both of us. We devoured our food and it blew us both away. The margarita was really good without it being bitter or sour in the aftertaste. My favorite was their creamy martini espresso. It was so good and smooth without it having a bite from the alcohol. I got two of them. An excellent hole in the wall that I would recommend anyone who has a knack for good Spanish food! It’s not like traditional Mexican food. It’s Cuban food. So think of it being less spicy and more flavorful. No shade against Mexican food. Just a different kind of delicious. ?

Okay, driven by this place a bunch of times. After a neighbor recommended them, we tried them out tonight. What can I say, other than Little Havana where have you been all my life?

When you walk in, you are greeted with three things: Latin music, the smells of Little Havana, and friendly faces. Picture a small "street cafe" style place.

Our server, Lexi, was amazing! We asked what she recommended and she did not steer us wrong! We started with Queso Frito (Sliced and fried Cheese) if you've ever had halloumi it is very similar with just the right amount of salt and crust.

Next, we had the Cuban Chop Chop - picture a salad on tender roast pork, beans and rice! I had the very well recommended Ropa Vieja: Perfectly tender shredded pork with peppers, onions, and green olives in a sauce that should be sold by the pint. Seriously, I would eat a shoe dipped in this sauce it is THAT GOOD! The blend is perfection, and don't blink on the beans and rice! They are their own stars in any dish!

Finally, we ended this amazing meal with Tres Leches and key lime pie with Café con Leche (perfect froth to coffee ratio) and my favorite Cuban Colada. The crema was perfect and the proper ending to an amazing evening meal.

I would say this was more of an EXPERIENCE than a mere meal. I cannot recommend them more; in fact,. we will be back tomorrow for round 2!

This is the second location of Miami Fusion Cafe we have visited and they killed it! We celebrated my godson's birthday and he requested Miami Fusion Cafe. This one was a little closer than the Lowell apot. I had the Lechon Plate and my wife had Vaca Frita. Both plates were amazing. Everyone had different sandwiches, Cuban Sandwhich, Cuban Philly and the Miami Sandwhich. All these different plates with zero complaints! P.S. do yourself a favor and get the Dulce Leche Empanadas before you leave.

Went here to get some food to honor the passing of my child’s grandmother.. seeking Panamanian/Colombian/Latin American and this spot nailed it. The food was excellent. Every thing we got was delicious and everyone loved their food!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is bright, airy and festive. Love the vibes and decor.

We will absolutely return in the future!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place! We travel from Statesville to eat here! EVERYTHING is delicious! The restaurant is very clean, the staff is always very courteous and kind and the food is MY FAVORITE!!! 10/10 recommend Miami Fusion! And yall the coffee is INCREDIBLY GOOD TOO!!! ?

Someone recommended us to try out Miami Fusion, so we took them up on it. Glad we did. Food was great! I’ve known Lisa (our waitress) from another restaurant that we use to go to and she’s great! She knows the menu front to back and is good with recommendations. Will definitely be back soon!!!
