Este lugar es relajante, con excelente comida y buen servicio. Anthony y Ashley son muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa y muestran mucho respeto por el cliente y el trabajo. Me encanta la comida. Sus aperitivos, arroces, carnes y complementos son de lo mejor. Mi preferido es el arroz con cilantro . El precio es excelente por la calidad del producto. Su presentacion de alimentos es muy buena. Gracias Anthony y Ashley por su orientacion de productos y buen servicio. Amo este lugar!Un clima agradable y musica latina en volumen moderado. Excelente!!

Ordered a meal of the pork meat to go. When I arrived home, there was no meat, just skin. Not only was the food expensive, but I went back the next day asking for a refund and they refused to give it to me, saying I should have brought the food back. I showed them the picture below. Additionally, the restaurant always has really loud music playing, and I have never seen any of the workers wear protective gear to protect hairs from falling onto the food.

I had to put one star. I just paid $35 with fee on UBER EATS for this half eaten plate of food. Obviously no one touched it, but the portion looks like they ran out of food! Lechonera was always known to be generous with the portions. Over the last few years, it has become insulting the poor level of quality, and portion they are providing their customers! This is a rip off! Outrageous, and I WILL NEVER ORDER THESE LEFTOVER SCRAPS AGAIN! I’m insulted as a consumer, and this is Not how out latin culture feeds their customers! Shame on this place! By the way, I am recovering from COVID from twelve days, this was supposed to be my happy meal of recovery, I guess NOT!

I don’t usually write reviews on Google, but this time I feel compelled to do so, it's the least I can do in case someone else sees it. I used to come to this place almost every day. The food is good, and they serve a decent amount for what you pay, but honestly, some people's behavior can be intolerable, especially that of one of the girls who works there. Every time she served me, it felt like she had something personal against me, until I saw other reviews here and realized it happens to almost everyone.

Today, which is definitely the last time, she barely served my food, didn’t even say hello or thank you, things that are so important in this society. I do want to highlight a Colombian girl with a cap who was always polite and kind, as well as one of the Cuban staff members who works there too. But this specific girl... I don’t expect them to treat customers like royalty, but at least with dignity. It’s a shame because I was a regular customer, but today they definitely lost me. I hope no one who plans to come here has to go through this

La comida es aceptable de buena calidad. La composición del menú no da ensalada. Lo q la hace costosa. Buena sazon el único problema el precio de la comida. Mas alto en comparación con otras. Comida por peso increiblemente costosa y onerosa.
