Standard waffle house. Such a great location, it is close to the hotel that I stayed in. The food is good and the service is nice. Today is not busy, no waiting list. Good to me.

There is one thing that bothers me. On the bill that I ordered, the total price was $23.50, but the server added the total to $26.50. In my mind, I thought the server was afraid that I wouldn't leave the tips. So she added the tips to the bill. But anyway, I gave her an additional 20%. I also have a restaurant, I really understand the feeling.

Overall, I was satisfied with the food and service. Reasonable price.

Absolutely horrible service. We had to wait 15 minutes to get serviced one server for 15 people. There was another server but she was to busy sitting on her ass in the back on her phone. The one server went back there multiple times and asked for help. Yet the other server never came out.
There were 2 cooks so the food came out fast. And was pretty good our orders didn't get messed up. They came out right. The 2 cooks were doing there best to help the only server out.

They get 3 stars because they have 2 menus. One for dining in and the other for take out. Almost $3.00 more for takeout on each meal. Same food. I think takeout should be less. I’m not causing them to work harder by cleaning up after me at their table or counter. Didn’t do math, but guesstimate about 25% mark up. Also not wheelchair friendly with those two heavy doors coming in. No handicap button. SMH

My food was great but my wife's food was a little over cooked. Service was good but you can tell he did not want to be there. Went to Huddle house in Ga a few weeks ago and I still love Waffle house the best.

I wish I could do negative stars. Cause this was just terrible. The eggs didn’t taste cooked all the way, the toast was beyond burnt… the bacon wasn’t even bacon it was just fat. Walked in and I couldn’t even hear my server the music was too loud sounded like I’m in a club.

I ordered my food online to avoid having to wait inside the diner and I ended up having to wait inside the busy diner for 45 minutes waiting on my online order. Mind you I waited 20 minutes before leaving the house to pick up my order. So I waited over an hour for horrible service and mediocre food. A waste of my money & time. The workers were not attentive to anybody walking in the restaurant. I had to tell three different workers over the course of 45 minutes that I was waiting on my online order. Never eating here again, nobody else should either.

Food is good, but the actual restaurant ALL OF IT is filthy. It's really dirty even behind the counter. Not sure I'll ever come back. My husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Waffle House but this one is just disgustingly dirty EVERYWHERE
