We had an amazing experience with In Good Taste last week at my son’s engagement party. The food and presentation were excellent and the staff was experienced and very professional. I highly recommend Stacey and her team and will be using them again.

I recently ordered a soup to go, a roast beef sandwich , some tuna, bread pudding and a couple of other food items. When I got home and took the bag out my car, to my surprise and dismay the soup container had melted and the lid had sunk into the container. The soup had spilled inside the plastic bag as well which soaked the wrapper of our sandwich, and my other items. I quickly carried the bag into the kitchen and into the to the sink . It was a mess. I promptly called In Good Taste and spoke to the young woman that took care of my order and told her what happened and that I had taken photos. I did not want a refund for the soup, I was calling to let them know so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else in the. I figured I would give them a chance. The young woman told me the next time I came in to show the photos of the soup and she was apologetic over the phone.
Today, I went back to order a few things and I saw the young woman and showed her the photos, I also gave her an order for a few things while she went and got the owner/ manager. I showed her the two photos of the container and the owner had the audacity to ask me if I had put the container into the microwave. She was not apologetic, she was defensive as if I was possibly at fault. What a stupid remark to ask if a piping hot container that melted in the plastic bag on the way home was then put into a microwave.This owner Chef Stacey lacks customer service and incredibly rude. There are plenty of other small businesses right in the same strip to support like Anna’s Killer Empanadas, Proper Ice Cream and the fabulous French Bakery L’atelier Des Pains that makes incredibly delicious sandwiches and pastries. The owner lacks business acumen besides customer service etiquette. and was Stupidity at its best. I walked out of the store canceled my order I placed . I would give In Good Taste a minus 5 stars if I could . Support other small businesses that are friendly and value their loyal customers. In Good Taste Cafe left a really Bad Taste!!I will never recommend them to my friends, the community I live in. Somehow Chef Stacey you failed miserably in how you addressed this, shame on you!

I stopped at this amazing spot on my daily commute. I can’t believe how good the food is!! I highly recommend Stacy and her crew for any and all your catering needs. The menu is phenomenal. I personally recommend the Charleston sandwich. A grilled chicken that is mouth watering. I will be returning.

Just WOW! This little gem is an absolute MUST for the most delicious homemade soups, made to order sandwiches and desserts that left my mouth watering. The staff was friendly, welcoming, kind, attentive and answered ALL my questions about the many sandwich options. If you're looking for a great place for lunch, this is it! The incredible food, excellent service, and pleasant atmosphere make it a place I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

I have ordered from doordash and now I've gone in and eaten there. The service was phenomenal, and extremely helpful. The sandwiches are THE BEST!!! The pasta salad is THE BEST!! This is my favorite sandwich place now and next time I will also try the soup!

In Good Taste is awesome! Best sandwiches in Delray! Had the soup of the day (French onion) and that was equally delicious. Casual, clean place with super friendly and helpful staff. BTW- the desserts also look amazing but the sandwich was so big that I didn’t have room to try one. ?
