This was my first time dining at a Chinese restaurant, and D Cuisine absolutely exceeded my expectations. Honestly, it’s what Panda Express could only dream of becoming! Huge thanks for being open on Christmas—it made our holiday meal so much better.

The staff was incredible, especially considering they were managing the entire front of house with just 2-3 people, which was super impressive. Despite being short-staffed, the food came out quickly, hot, and fresh. Every single dish was delicious, and the best part? It was incredibly affordable for the quality and taste.

I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend D Cuisine for anyone craving great Chinese food.

pretty decent option for dimsum in lincoln park. there was no wait for a party of 7 at 12:30 on a sunday. servers were very friendly and food came quickly. overall a pretty positive experience despite a few complaints about some of the dishes. especially enjoyed the shrimp dumplings and siu mai. both were quite stuffed and very flavorful. the turnip cake was a bit soggy (barely any crisp), and the sticky rice wasn’t sticky enough

We came here on a Sunday for lunch with a group of 5. No wait. They served us tea which was nice. Food was good. Service wasn’t the best. We didn’t know how we were supposed to order (they gave us a menu and a pen but there weren’t spots to check off the main dishes). But it’s a decent spot and I’d probably come back if I’m shopping in the area again.

D Cuisine is an absolute hidden gem that offers not just a meal but a culinary experience. The moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by a relaxing atmosphere with just the right blend of modern elegance and traditional Chinese decor, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. But let's talk about the food, it was nothing short of extraordinary. I started with the Beef Chow Fun Noodle, a dish that immediately impressed me. The noodles were cooked to perfection, incredibly soft, and with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that made every bite a pleasure. The flavor profile was rich with umami, a savory depth that lingered on the palate. The beef was tender and succulent, perfectly seasoned to bring out its natural flavors. Each bite was a harmonious blend of the beef's richness and the subtle chewiness of the noodles, creating a comforting dish that was both satisfying and crave-worthy. However, the true star of the evening was the Mongolian Beef. This dish was an absolute revelation, one that I won't soon forget. The beef was expertly prepared, with a sweetness that was beautifully balanced by a hint of spice from the chili peppers. The onions and scallions added a crisp, fresh contrast to the dish, their flavors mingling perfectly with the tender, juicy beef. The sauce was a masterpiece in itself, coating each piece of meat in a glaze that was both sweet and savory, with just the right amount of heat. Every bite was pure indulgence, a perfect symphony of flavors that left me wanting more. D Cuisine knows how to deliver an exceptional dining experience, from the warm, inviting ambiance to the impeccable food that delights all the senses. If you're in search of authentic, high-quality Chinese cuisine with a modern twist, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return and explore more of their incredible menu!

The Dim Sum selection was great for meat eaters, there were a few vegetarian selections.

If you’re looking for authenticity, this is the place. Their chow mein with chili oil was delicious, and they even serve you warm green tea to start off.

Perfect place for a quick lunch or dinner on a rainy day.

This is a great option for some decent Cantonese food in Lincoln Park. The dim sum and Cantonese menu selections are extensive and of good quality. From my past visits, I have enjoyed the garlic pea tips, beef chow fun, hand shredded chicken, among various dim sum items.

I think this is my new favorite spot for Chinese. I ordered the Sui Mai pork & shrimp dumplings, green chive dumplings and the chow fun with shrimp. All super flavorful, not too salty.. shrimp had great flavor and no fishy taste like I have had with some other spots. Great portions also. Definitely would come on to have it experience direct serve rather than delivery - even though the delivery was great. Meal was perfect for a lazy autumn sunday in Chicago.
