Husband and I looking for a place to dine and celebrate our third year anniversary.
I had read some good reviews and decided to take a chance. We did not go wrong, exceeded our expectations on every level from the welcoming and well knowledgeable manager Freddy, the drinks, appetizer, main course and the desserts all superb, delicious, fresh, tasty and fulfilling.
Take a chance and give them a taste. You will not regret it!

Definitely a must again for us!

Wow! We got a recommendation from a friend to try this place and had an amazing experience. They have a tasting menu for Hispanic Heritage month - ceviche was so flavorful and absolutely beautiful, for main we got fish which was mind blowing (pineapple, coconut rice the fish was moist and very tasty) and half chicken which was also very moist and packed with incredible flavors. Good selection of drinks and all the cocktails we tried were flavorful and very good quality. The stuff is very friendly and the service was fast and efficient, definitely will be back!

I really enjoyed myself while I was here. It's family owned. Freddie and his daughter are great. Freddie has wonderful conversation. He's very personalable. They have been open since Jan 2024. The place was clean a little small but that was expected because I was familiar with the prior restaurant that was in the same location. The food is Guatemalan based. The food or drinks did not disappoint. It was seasoned well and they give u more than enough. I went on taco Tues, so the specials are comparable to other places. I saw other people's food and it looked like they give u more than enough.

The drinks are unlike any other I’ve had, super unique and the bartender clearly put a lot of time and effort into the different drinks. He mentioned he seasonally changes the drinks, and I am excited to come back and try more!

The food we had after was unbelievably fresh, well presented, and flavorful. Definitely one of the best and must-try’s in the West Town area.

Food and service are excellent! The burger is off the hook! So is the pork chop and guacamole. Everything is fresh and made from scratch, oh and the cocktails are really good too. Came here twice in 3 days and will continue eating my way through the menu, so good!

This restaurant has some of the most delicious Latin food I’ve had in this city. My wife and I randomly walked into this restaurant on a Saturday and we didn’t know what to expect. Every dish we ate had us stunned by how flavorful it was. The service was amazing and the business is family owned and run. I HIGHLY recommend coming to here if you’re looking for some good food and drinks!

I recently ordered takeout from Chi-Latin, and it was exceptional! The food was so delicious that I'm planning to dine in with friends tomorrow night. I appreciate the thoroughness with my order—nothing was forgotten, which is rare these days. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and for making my day. Chi-Latin is amazing and has quickly become a favorite for us! Fredy and his daughters will make you feel at home the moment you step in the door. The food and drinks here are just incredible. They will take the time to explain the menu and make recommendations - but everything is so delicious you really can’t go wrong! We have brought back friends and family for celebrations and the team always takes good care of us. Be sure to try the humitas, a special family recipe!
