This is a 1 of 3 reviews for an overnight trip… went to a concert at the Rose Music Center and it was all a great experience… staying at the Tru by Hilton was a perfect trio with TJ Chumps all in walking distance..!

We were a little worried about time because TJ Chumps was busy… we checked in with the QR code at the front door… this system was nice because you received a text and could even see where you were in line… when we were 12 it did not help our worries… however I do not believe we waited 15 minutes… the restaurant is geared to be a sports bar I would say similar to Roosters…

Our server Kyrcee was phenomenal… she checked on us multiple times and had plenty of tables around us… the food was pretty standard for bar food… breakdown of food below
cheese sticks marinara runny but not bad
Good tea brewed and drink unsweetened, Fountain Dr Pepper was standard… Chicken finger basket fries honey mustard was all pretty standard… Pound of wings ordered with mild on side but as you can see they came tossed… our server noticed and was going to take them back but we decided to have them how they came… they were ok 6/10 ranch was standard… Pork chop sandwich was not bad but dry… don’t really want to say over cooked but it was tough… the sauce that it came with was ok… fries were standard.

Pricing again standard at least it was not over priced for bar food… we plan on trying to go to more concerts here so we will be back… hope to try other foods too and hopefully we can find something that pops out but overall still a 10/10 for the trip to these 3 places..!

We just had a 50th birthday party for one of my oldest and dearest friends. I have to say that the staff was extremely accommodating and went over and above any and all expectations. They put the cake in the cooler for us and saved it from a summery hot patio. The service was spectacular and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kelsey was a superstar as was everyone who attended our large party of about 30. This place rocks!

Traveling and ordered for delivery about 9:30p. This was not the usual thrown together late night order. All of the food was prepared SO well and was freshly made. It was packaged so nicely, and the restaurant made sure we had utensils and napkins. (details matter!) The Ancho Chicken was so flavorful. Pretzels with beer cheese, potato soup, turkey wrap, mac n cheese, and slaw were all very good! Thank you!

Food is good. Waitress was good and kept drinks full. However we played keno and had some tickets to cash and the bar tender would not cash any tickets. It was only 7:30 pm and she said they no longer cash tickets as her limit has been reached. Should make people aware of this prior to purchasing tickets. It cuts into your waitresses tips and how people pay.

Stumbled on this Chumps while road-tripping . A most outstanding experience. The outdoor dining area was a superb surprise. Mariah is one of the best, her service is 10 stars! Food was most excellent..! Serving sizes huge. Cleanliness very very good. Will be back again when traveling through the Dayton area…

Once you walk in you’re happily greeted by the hostess and once you sit down the waitresses are already greeting you and handing you menus. The service was friendly, fast , and the orders were accurate. There was something for everyone to eat. Food was delicious burgers were made exceptionally. The drinks we’re delicious, mixed perfectly. Highly recommend the blackberry margarita and the tropical margarita.

My husband and I came here for dinner before a concert at the Rose. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and meals. We were seated quickly, we were served quickly, the food was very good, but the service is why I'm reviewing. The restaurant did a fabulous job properly staffing, which is very hard to come across now a days. Everyone was attentive and kind. We were in and out in 40 min and enjoyed the show with full bellies. Bravo!
