I have wanted to come here for a while. My husband and I finally made it out for an early anniversary dinner and it was perfect. They even had a little "Happy Anniversary" sign on the table when we arrived. We are both vegan and the options were incredible, and apparently they will be adding more options in the near future. We got the lions mane steak and watermelon "tuna" tacos. The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was beautiful, we really loved it. We will definitely be back!

I had a fabulous time and meal at the Imperial. The service was excellent - Corey in particular was eager to make sure everyone was having a memorable night.

The place was buzzing, but we had no trouble getting a table. right away.

There's an excellent beer selection and knowledgeable bar staff - I think they said all their drafts are local craft beers?

The numerous vegan and vegetarian options are creative and superb.

I know I'll be back!

The Imperial was one of the few restaurants open on the holiday, and we were able to secure a reservation easily. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately and had a choice of sections, likely due to the holiday. The restaurant offers a wide selection of specialty cocktails and mocktails. I started with the Banana Walnut New Fashioned, which was excellent with subtle walnut notes. Unfortunately, they couldn't make the Mocha Espresso or any espresso martinis, which was disappointing.

For appetizers, I had the calamari, which was average. I suggest doubling the amount of sliced jalapeños to enhance the dish. My entrée was the Pesto Scallops, which I rated 8.5/10. Both the scallops and risotto were perfectly cooked. While I generally like pesto, this one was slightly off. With the perfect pesto, this dish could easily be a 10/10.

Overall, I recommend The Imperial for happy hour or a late date night.

My friends and I planned a retirement party at the Imperial this weekend and it was sheer perfection. From the time I called about the reservation (thanks Corey) to the moment I arrived, I felt special. We had a private section to ourselves and a server that catered to our every need (thanks Owen) creating memories that will last a lifetime. The food was delicious, my salmon was perfect (complements to the chef) and the place is gorgeous. Thanks Imperial for making our celebration so amazing!

⭐️⭐️for dinner because the kitchen forgot to add the lions Maine mushrooms to the dish. I had to point this out to someone from the kitchen that the mushrooms were missing. There was a moment when he argued with me that the mushrooms were there as he kept pointing to the zucchini saying that’s a mushroom. And I was like this is green that’s not a mushroom. He finally agreed that I fact the mushrooms were missing and placed an order for a side to come. So I had to wait for them to be cooked to add to my dinner?. Adding the mushrooms did hep this dishish flavor profile but the ravioli itself fell short of something I’d ever order again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the bar for making an awasom Manhattan.
Service, I ended up at a two person table away from everyone else and I feel like I got forgot about. I watched the waitress go up and down the row of tables she was waiting and I kept getting missed. I waited for awhile to place my order and at one point I considered moving to the bar.
The front desk at the Holiday Inn gave me a free drink ticket that my waitress took but when the bill came there was the drink charge. On top of all these issues the kitchen was so loud (joking and carrying on) that the whole dinning experience was a bust.
With all this tonight I won’t eat here again and I don’t recommend unless you’re stopping in for a cocktail.

Upon arriving for a celebratory business brunch, we were greeted with confusion and delayed attention. Our entire brunch lacked hospitality and we were rushed to pay as our waiter “needed leave”. Luckily we were able to meet Chris(bar/restaurant manager) who went above and beyond to ensure our experience exceeded our expectations.
