Food was just ok but you give a time for food to arrive. But it was 45 minutes late. The food was absolutely freezing cold because the Uber eats driver didn’t have a clue where he was going. Plus he argued saying the delivery address was wrong when it clearly isn’t

Extremely rude woman on the phone. We are regulars. Requesting a refund for no delivery does not deserve a ‘WOW’ and hanging up. Will not be returning!

I like this place, I have ordered a salad and salt and pepper chicken from here a couple of times now, they do not mess around with the portions always full when I've finished. The food arrives quickly and it is still warm and fresh when it gets here.

I ordered the wrong thing on the delivery app, so I called them and they were happy to change my order to what I meant to put!

Awful service. The cafe got my order wrong despite writing it correct on the bag - rang up and the lack of customer service is laughable.
Proceeded to tell me nothing they can do with such attitude, could hear them slagging off in the background as incapable of putting the phone on hold - told me “if you order again put a note and you’ll get it for free ” despite trying to explain that full payment would be made through Uber Eats so how would this work?
Waiting for the owner to apparently ring me back …
Need to learn some manners and customer service if you want to be in the job you are.

Order 2 specials and was told 15 mins wait.
OK, at least they will be fresh. I paid £13.60 ish on my card. 30 minutes later still waiting. A guy gave up and left without his food. After 45 minutes I left without food and -£13.60. I couldn't wait any longer if I wanted to keep my job.
Very poor service.more interested in delivery orders.

Foul had to be put in the bin. Food was cooked in something that had gave it a burnt taste. Guy on phone not interested just said complain through Uber eats.
