First time checking out Swedish Hill, and the flaky pastries were our favorites! I’m a sucker for anything cherry, and the tart cherry cream cheese danish, ham and cheese, kouign amann, and Nutella bun, almond croissant were amazing. We took a chance on the macarons (cranberry orange, gingerbread, and eggnog) but I’d probably skip them next time. As macarons go, they’re not as sweet as others, which I appreciate, but the texture was a bit too crisp, not as much chew as I’d expect from a macaron. The coffee is nice and strong and doesn’t feel watered down, I got the iced Swedish coffee (coconut cream and oat milk) and my mom got a hot almond milk latte with lavender. Both were delicious. Go for the flaky pastries and coffee! Sourdough looks yummy too!

Cute place for coffee. Very small. Seating only outside.
Parking is atrocious in this area. Not just this restaurant.
The turkey sandwich was pretty awesome.
The latte was ok. Wish they had more flavors. (No caramel)

Went to the little Swedish hill right down the street whilst the main was under renovation. The matcha and coffee was okay and NOT AMAZING. The ham and cheese croissant is good. Their baked and prepared foods are better than coffee or teas.

We ordered the veggie bagel and veggie sandwich and lavender matcha latte. The two were ok. The ingredients were fresh but for the price they were pretty small and in my opinion, not crazy special.

But that nutella cinnamon roll/bun thing, man, THAT was delicious!

They also get five stars in my book because they’re on TooGoodToGo! Look it up it’s amazing. Their sourdough bread is no joke.

Super busy little cafe around downtown Austin. It was a bit difficult to find parking and I felt like a vulture finding seating. Granted we did come on an early Sunday afternoon. Service was quick and polite. The line moved quite quickly, however the inside feels so cramped especially with all the people. Our food was pretty good and I got a sourdough sandwich with roasted turkey and burrata. I will say the burrata was amazing and I did not expect the hints of lemon in it! A tad expensive for my liking, but then again, it’s Austin I suppose. A good experience all in all!

Love their deconstructed Lox Bagel. Fish is always fresh and tastes yummy, in addition to their produce- tomatoes, cucumber, sprouts and even the capers all taste amazing. I’ve also gotten a vanilla almond milk iced latte here and I love it, in addition to their chicken salad being pretty bomb too.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go for lunch but their new location is not the same at all. Everything is pre-made, nothing is really special. Maybe if you want to come here for coffee and stale pastry. But I wouldn't come for a meal. This is now a very average place living off their old name. One might say they've gone Swedish DOWN hill!

This is the matcha latte I ordered, CAME HALF FULL. They charged me extra for NO ICEA and then the drink comes half full. Insane, will never order from again.
