Refused to take coupon. Subway promotes the heck out of New subs and no franchise accepts the coupons. Guess the owners figure you'll pay full price since you're already there. Nope. Will not be manipulated. Went and spent my money at Jersey Mike's.

Really nice & clean Subway Sandwich store here close to the center of The Little City. Affable and attentive “Salvadorena” serving up your fave sandwiches and wraps with a fun attitude and a sweet smile.

Sometimes it’s “hit or miss” when venturing into a Subway — be reassured that this location will be a great option for lunch, dinner, anytime!

Service here was really very rude particularly a guys who is short is very nasty person. Don’t greet and speaks so rude. He simply refused me for a water cup in very bad manner. I wish i could have spoken to manger there.

The lady said the store didn't take subway coupons. Which I never heard in my life! I came hungry after a workout and she said after she finish making my sandwich that she will trash it away since I couldn't pay for it. Not to mention she make my wait in line for like 15 min + or less

I’D PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD!! I have a gluten allergy but I saw online that they have GF bread as a menu option. When I went into the store I asked for it and they told me they don’t have it and to just pick one they did offer. I pulled up the FAQ page on the subway website to show them that it does say they offer gluten free bread but I was still told no. It’s extremely frustrating to be given falsified information both on the website and in the store especially because it’s an allergy and it’s not like there is any other option for me but to just leave. Literally the worst service ever. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

This Subway routinely closes earlier than its posted hours of operation. I have had multiple times when I’ve gone there 20+ minutes before closing time and the door is already locked. They should honor their posted hours, or update their open times to match reality. Very poor customer service.

I asked for #4 on Italian herbs and cheese, every went smoothly until she started put everything on my sub without asking do I want onion or tomato. I asked for green pepper she responded green pepper doesn’t come with it! She quickly wrapped my sub without ask me for any sauces. When I told her I want ranch she starts showing attitude! She doesn’t care what you want, you gotta take what she made for you!

I just came back. There's never been a Subway experience like this. I ordered by pickup. #1Philly and chicken teriyaki. All the ingredients were sparse It was really disappointing . I felt like I was eating bread without any meat. tI'll never order from here again. People working there are to cheap with there ingredients.
