I had ordered through the mobile app. I had customized the burger that I ordered. I ordered a burger fries and a free pretzel. They came out and said that they were out of pretzels and I’m like OK that’s fine. Then they came out with my food. The groovy fries were like brown and clearly at least an hour old. I had customized the burger to have mayo mustard Extra onions as well as lettuce. The burger had none of that. It had ketchup, mustard, and all the regular things that normally come on the burger. I am Highly dissatisfied

The GM here is outstanding. There was a small issue with our drinks and she went above & beyond to make it right. As consumers we should choose wisely whi deserves our hard earned money. And her and her employees definitely deserve it.

25 plus minute wait for 2 shakes and a pretzel twist. The order was not taken correctly. medium strawberry cheesecake and a med oreo choc shake and 1 pretzel twist. I got the correct strawberry shake, think it was a small poured into a med cup, but got a small oreo choc after I sent it back because it was justoreo no choc. twist was correct. but total of 30 minutes and they were Notthat busy. They even forgot they had not brought my order. I had to ask them about it after I saw 2 cars that came, after i ordered, get there orders and leave. only good, was they were polite and friendly, and I was charged for what I did receive, at least I wasn't overcharged.

They have stayed open for a long time. They are doing something right. My daughter eats their kids meals and she is a somewhat picky eater. The Kids mea we got was $5.31 for drink, 2 chicken strips, tator tots and a toy.

Ice cream smelled and tasted like sour milk. Straight in the trash. Health department needs to pay this place a visit. The owner either doesn’t care or doesn’t know. Very rude employee demeanor towards customers. Good luck.

This location needs to be closed down. Every time I come here my order is incomplete or incorrect. They are also very slow. I always place an order through the app and still have to wait anywhere from 15-20 mins after arriving to receive lukewarm food. Today has been my last straw when all I got was a Dr.pepper and I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes just for it to come out incorrect. It’s ridiculous.

I cannot believe it. I love this location, but when I was sitting in the drive through yesterday, waiting on my food and I noticed the ( I assume ) manager screaming at her employees while crying. It was absolutely disgusting knowing that's how sonic allows a supervisor to speak to their employees like that. When I asked the girl in the drive through if she was okay she said "we just try to ignore her because she always speaks to us that way." I don't have a contact for anyone higher up so this is the only way I could think to let corporate to know what an awful manager they have employed.

Just wondering if it’s a company rule to refuse to bring orders out until 30 minutes later. The only thing I ever get from sonic is drinks because the food is just plain nasty. I see absolutely no reason at all why waters take 30 minutes to come out every single time. What is the point of saying on the screen that someone is bringing the order out and then still have to wait 30 minutes? Stop completing orders then having them sit for 30 minutes for no damn reason! It’s so damn annoying that I have to press the red button to get my waters because you guys clear the order after you “so call complete it” then you say you can’t find the order ?. How about when you complete the damn order BRING IT OUT TO THE CUSTOMER!
