제일 좋아하는 원스타였고, 어머니도 좋아하셔서 위치 이전하기 전에는 시즌마다 방문할정도로 여러번 갔었던 다이닝..스와니예만의 다양한 허브를 활용한 프레쉬한 느낌이 너무 좋았었던 기억이 있다

몇년 사이 가격도 많이 올랐거니와 최근에는 방문 안한지 꽤 오래 됐는데, 이전하고 인테리어도 음식도 어떻게 바뀌었을지 여전히 기대되는 식당이다.

For a 2 Michelin star, service could be better. Our dinner reservation was for 7pm, arrived on time and were rushed to leave the restaurant because they are closing at 10pm. Firstly, they should note that fine dining ramges from 3-4hours, and never have we been rushed to finish our dishes in a 2-Michelin stars restaurant.

Dishes were amazing and very original.

This is my 2nd visit since last year. I was so impressed by the Maitre d' who brought up my dinning experience to the highest level. Not only he explained the whereabouts of ingredients and history, he also explained to me how to enjoy the plates

This year 2024, with a 2nd star attached, I have high hopes that my date would feel the same. The second we stepped in, about right on time; no one greeted us. They eyed each other? No one offer to take my jacket.

Now, I am a strong advocate on mentorship. You need to demonstrate how to greet the patrons in front of the staff that shadowing you. You made her so tensed and uncomfortable. I smiled trying to make her feel at ease.

Plates are really scratchy. Looks and tastes like it is a work in progress. It is a taste test without feedback needed.

It is a rainy day, very dim and the atmosphere inside is underwhelming 심삼해. The lightings is not adjusted accordingly. It is not romantic neither. Just not pristine. A few plates look like a blob you see when unclogging the sink.

Season fish is......lol....you wont believe it, not Black Cod, but something muddy....the lack of or missing in translation, to me, i was thinking... snapper or cheap herring? It has a slight crispness on the charred skin, but the fork won't cut through to pick the flesh under. It is smudged.

Below was my review in 2023.

Warm greetings upon arrival. Coats were checked right away and I could see the big show kitchen. The dinning room's ambience was understated, quite a sharp contrast to the dishes they brought out. Each table has a PDA which explains the dishes in different languages. The taste, the texture and the plating were so intriguing. Never a dull moment. Service was friendly and catering to your needs. The associate spent time explaining the background of the dishes in English. Definitely one of the highlights in my trip.

The staff and the food were very good but the ambiance did not do it for me at all. Not only is the restaurant in an office tower, there are computer screens on every table. Additionally, the dining area is out of sight of the kitchen making it even more reminiscent of a corporate lunch room.

Definitely ranks in the upper class among the Michelin two star restaurants. The style is innovative Korean yet with classically trained western methods. The team had exceptional execution. The chef’s note showed his thought process and reflection on childhood memories as he cooks the new dishes. We liked various local Korean ingredients that we wouldn’t be able to taste elsewhere. Extensive French wine collection. The restaurant is high tech too using interactive iPad menu for the whole dining and wine pairing experience. The dessert chef is as good as the cuisine chef. Great service too, very accommodating for my pregnancy needs. Great job overall. Hope they get another two stars in 2024.

익숙함 속에서 낯선 맛을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 정규 코스 구성 외에 주문했던 두 가지 중 트러플감자(디저트)가 매우 인상적이었습니다.

그리고 지불한 가격에 상응하는 서비스가 제공되었다는 점도 만족스러웠던 부분이었습니다. 끝으로 주차가 용이한 것도 장점이었습니다.
