A great experience! We had a variety of items and found them all delicious. Will definitely return when in the area! Pricing is on the low end for quality/creativity of food/presentation. Highly recommend the spinach artichoke hummus! We couldn't really taste the artichoke but was great regardless.

The spinach artichoke ravioli was very good, though a bit sweet. The broccoli cheese soup was very rich. The elk burger was flavorful.

My goodness this place is good.
Solid staff upfront and the kitchen killed it for me. Outstanding soup, hot sandwiches and excellent variety. Oh sure you will pay mountain town prices, but you can also knock out a cow with a loaf of their bread.

Popular restaurant that shares a space with a sweet outdoor gear store. The restaurant has a large dog friendly outdoor patio and indoor seating area. Food is ordered at the counter then brought to your table. Food is high quality and on the healthier side. Several vegetarian and vegan options. We ordered a focaccia bread plate, a salad, a Beyond Burger and the Penne Pasta dish. Everything was very tasty; really enjoyed our meal. The kitchen was a bit backed up so we waited a while for our food but didn’t mind, as the atmosphere is nice. They also sell drinks (some beers on taps and a few cocktails), breads, and some baked goods.

Nice spot that we stopped at for lunch in Buena Vista. A little pricey but the food and service were good. We split the burger and chicken sandwich. Both were good but the chicken was a little dry. The carrot coconut soup was good but tasted more like a summer squash soup than coconuts or carrots. Regardless I would recommend it, especially the burger and will stop in again next time I’m down in that beautiful part of Colorado.

Went for a long drive and stumbled across this wonderful place. Had never been to Buena Vista and wasn’t sure where to eat. Wow, the food was amazing! My husband got a burger and said it was the best thing he’s had in a while. I had the Red Bird chicken sandwich and it was delicious! The pretzel bun was a perfect touch. Had some local beers they offered and wasn’t disappointed. Well worth the two hour drive from Denver. HIGHLY recommend this place!! Can’t wait to come back.

Really good menu. You can tell it's homemade. My son said it was the best steak stroganoff he's ever had.(Clearly offensive to me, who makes it for him frequently . ?)The steak was melt-in-your-mouth kind of good.
I had soup which was good. The beyond burger is ok. They don't dress it up ,so kinda lame considering I know they have great chefs back there. My sister loves the chicken salad.
