Savoring the taste of Ethiopia! A sensory experience that uplifts and inspires. We were greeted with a warm smile and offered a guided culinary journey. The food was a delight and left us feeling wonderfully satisfied. Enjoy the pics and videos. Alhamdulillah. Aamiin. InShaaAllah, we will be back.

This place is a time warp, a sanctuary. The man behind the counter, the owner-chef, greets you with a knowing smile, like he’s been expecting you. The regulars, a motley crew of locals, are deep in conversation, the air thick with the aroma of spices and tea.

We went with the owner’s suggestions: a vegetarian platter and a plate of short ribs. The veg was a revelation - simple, earthy, and utterly satisfying. The short ribs, fall-off-the-bone tender, were a carnivore’s dream. This isn’t just a meal; it’s a cultural experience. It’s the kind of place that makes you grateful for the simple, beautiful things in life.

This is hands down one of the best Ethiopian restaurants in the US I’ve ever been to. The food is incredibly authentic, with flavors that are just amazing. Every dish has this unique, delicious taste that really stands out. The service is top-notch, too. The owner, Napoleon, is fantastic—such a warm and welcoming person. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests, and his hospitality makes the experience even better.

If you’re looking for great Ethiopian food with exceptional service, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Excellent food at good prices, and the hosts were so welcoming and accommodating! We had multiple dietary restrictions in the group and they were so helpful in helping us choose what to get and keeping certain foods separate. Portions were great too, we went home with plenty of leftovers.

This was some of the best ethiopian food that I have ever had. The staff /owners were very nice and friendly. Very good energy at this place and the love is tasted in their food. We will be back

We had not seen our friends in years and were in town. Come to find out they were vegan now but no fear they recommend a tasty place called Samsara. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and was promptly given some ice cold water as it as over 115 degrees that week. The host explained the various dishes on the menu. I'll the pictures do the talking, the dishes were very flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Would definitely come back again next time we are in town.
