I’ve been really happy up until today. I have used Caroline a few times for my hair and been extremely happy. It is 9:30pm and I’ve JUST received a confirmation for an appointment I have tomorrow morning. When stated I had surgery and could not make it, she stated I would need to pay a fee to reschedule it. Totally understandable. I just had surgery, I can’t walk/drive. I fully thought this appointment had been cancelled. I was then informed how she shouldn’t need to remind a grown adult of their appointment and fuss me out for her only working 5hrs and me wasting her time basically. I informed her not to worry about it, she lost a client with how she was acting and continued to argue with me. Before, I couldn’t recommend her enough. But this was enough for me to never have interest in recommending her again.

I have had curly hair since I was a child and have always tried to hide it. I never knew how to cut or style my hair. Caroline was amazing! I have never had a better cut on my curly hair. She walked me through the styling process and I finally have confidence to do it myself! I would suggest girls with curls to go see her. AMAZING!

Caroline has been doing my hair for 5 years now. I initially went to her after researching curly hair specialist. I love the Ouidad cut and the heat and humidity gel. Caroline stood out because of her knowledge of curly hair and various cuts and styling methods. You always feel special because of one on one personal attention, never rushed. Over the years we've gone curly, straight, Bob's, layers, brunette, blonde, red and everywhere in-between. I've never once been worried about what I was having done. I will add that as a naturally curly girl I tried a Deva cut elsewhere just to compare. There is no comparison. The cut was blah and the "licensed curl specialist" had never heard of Ouidad or any other curl styling methods .

I have been wanting a Ouidad or Devacurl haircut for years, but every time I decided to go for it, I backed out because of the extra cost. However, the past year, my hair has been extra unruly and frizzy, so I looked up Ouidad salons again and found Salon C. I was convinced by all the great reviews. It's now been 2 months since my cut and it looks even better now than when the cut was fresh. The cost is so worth it, because it's not just the cut. It also includes extra time to teach the styling method and discuss the best products to use. I have read Ouidad and Lorraine Massey's books and watched tons of youtube videos, but there really is no substitute for having someone get to know your hair and then show you how to adapt the method for your particular hair. Caroline sells Ouidad products, but she is not pushy at all. I had a lot of points saved at Ulta, so I bought products there instead. I live over an hour away, but I already have my next appointment booked.

Called to schedule an appointment around my work schedule (was told shes only available 9-2) and asked if it would be okay if I could call ahead and cancel if something came up. I was told I could not do that and was hung up on. It may be because I am a male with longer hair and she wasn't willing to give me a haircut. I will be going elsewhere.
