It was it was delicious. I just have some concerns. First is that the prices are high and the food portions aren'nt that big . Their service isn't at its best. Our waiter kept forgetting about us. And it turns out it wasn't just one table it was multiple tables. I don't think that they don't have a lot of staff. I heard them talking and laughing in the kitchen. It's fine to be happy and laughing, but not when you aren't completing your job on your time as well.

Lady was a pleasant and attentive waitress. The biscuits were delicious as always. The crabs and shrimp scampi were delicious.

Our first time here !

We came mid afternoon on a Monday.

Not many people, at first not much going on... but then a very nice young man greeted us, asking what type of seating we preferred.
He escorted us to our large booth table, 7 total in our group.

He was attentive and engaging as he gave us our silverware.

Very soon, our server appeared, and she was just as kind and had patience just as the young man.

She was attentive and did an excellent job.

Each person we noticed working here smiled and was very welcoming!

As we left, I shared our experience with the manager. She also was kind and smiling as well.

Bravo to this team...well worth the visit, and we will definitely return.

Unfortunately, I didn't ask their names..

I forgot to tell the manager the kitchen staff and cook did a perfect job as well. The food was well prepared ?, what was supposed to be hot was and what was to be cold was.?

My son in law got everything from lobster to crabs. All had a variety of food choices. All very good.

Loved the food and the waitress was amazing, my steak was made perfect and the lobster tail was so yummy. I recommend the Crab Mac and cheese right now . Had a mango martini as well ot was really strong and yummy. The only thing that was bothersome was Flys ? around and bad busser action

Came in tonight for a large cup of clam chowder to go. 15 mins later, received a small half filled cup and when questioned the size I ordered, waited another 15 mins and was brought another small cup.

Terrible service all together. Just got home to warm soup - not even hot.

Will not be back. Don’t recommend this locations.

First of all it is amazing to me how this place can have 4 stars when the waitresses forget about you, you have to either get up and get things for yourself or ask for everything. The management either doesn't see how their customers are being treated or they don't care - both cases are really sad. This restaurant doesn't deserve 4 stars - at most they deserve 2 stars - the food is their saving grace.
A month ago we went to Red Lobster and got a waitess who gave us very incompetent service. We spoke to the manager and he assured us this was very unusual and he apologized. We went again yesterday and we had a different waitress -:one who supposedly been there for 3 years -:and the service was no better. If it hadn't been for the host we would not have gotten any napkins, refills on our tea, or a kind word. On top of all of that - we didn't get our coleslaw that we ordered.
This restaurant had other customers and it was right before dinnertime - do they want to go out of business? Do these waitresses want to be tipped because if so they need to do their jobs. Please go anywhere else for dinner - Red Lobster doesn't care about its customers at all.
