First time visit to any of these and definitely will continue to go. Service was excellent and they were absolutely slammed, I held the door for 30+ people leaving as a group. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Fresh lemonade was awesome and the sauce is fantastic. Will definitely recommend and be back when I travel through again.

First time trying "Canes" because I thought how could chicken fingers be any different than another place----well let me tell you it's like comparing pizza places. Definitely different and this was a stand out experience that impressed me. Prices were OK at $11 for a 4pc chicken meal with fries, slaw, toast and coke. I was very surprised at the overall quality and taste and will definitely return if I continue to get the same quality, and taste. It's hard to compete with ChicFla but "Canes" definitely comes very very close.
I will recommend and rate my experience at a 5 out of 5.

Placed a catering order for pickup for the first time. Food was ready exactly at the time of pickup. Hot, bagged nicely and secure with napkins. Order was for a work Christmas lunch and everyone enjoyed it.

Three chicken strips, a handful of fries, and a piece of bread. Oh and one container of their famed sauce for over 9$. It's my spouse's favorite chicken place, but not mine. The half-done fries, and the flavor or the nonexistence of flavor in their chicken is something that I hate paying for. And it's the lack of actual flavor that my spouse likes.
I also noticed that you also scaled back your portions. How in the world do people afford your food, it's an easy $60 to $80 to feed a family.

Driving frantically from Michigan to home in Alabama to try to beat a winter storm warning (in the south of all places), we were starving and needed a quick driving break. I did some Googling and I was pleased to see a Cane's on our way. We like Cane's but don't have one in our home city, so I like to try to stop when I can to get my craving met.

We pulled off only to find the drive through and parking lot absolutely slammed. We almost gave up and went somewhere else but after some whining on my part we decided we'd go inside for a potty break and order to-go.

I'm so glad we did! Overall, this was a very high-quality experience, especially for what I consider "fast food."

First off, the bathrooms were immaculate, even though they were (and presumably had been) very busy. Kudos!

Second, the young woman working the register was very polite, helpful, and working efficiently.

Third, our food came out remarkably quickly considering how busy they were. Maybe that's a benefit of really only serving one thing (chicken tenders)? Not sure, but definitely appreciated it!

Sidebar: I tried a small splash of sweet tea, expecting I'd pour it out and move to Coke, but it was actually delicious! I don't usually expect good sweet tea this far north but this hit the spot! Southerner approved, lol, and a huge relief to have something to sip on for the rest of the drive. 🙂

Our food, once we picked our way back out to the car, was hot and fresh and tasty! Exactly the flavors I expect from Cane's. Generous side of fries, too. Really my only complaint is the tenders were a tiny bit heavy on the breading and, more importantly, they don't have ranch! I don't remember that being the case at other Cane's I've visited but it's been at least 2-3 years since the last time so I may be misremembering. Still, although I like Cane's sauce, I would've LOVED some homemade buttermilk ranch.

Oh well. Ultimately a very positive experience, and I'd hold this Cane's up as one of the ideals out of all the ones I've visited. Well done!

I don’t see the appeal. The chicken is bland along with the breading. The breading is so bland that even the sauce cannot help. If you are literally only going to make three items be good at one of them. Oh well I am sure the kids will still want me to go back to these places but I hope to never return.

Went to canes hoping for some good chicken but it ended up being burnt. Went inside and they said their fryers aren’t working very well. Would have appreciated them telling me before I spent money on burnt chicken. They also forgot my toast. Definitely the worst experience I have had at canes.
