Cashier had a freak out in front of us when we asked to change our order. This was before we even paid for it so it wasn't like I was asking to return food or asking for a refund. Asking for ketchup only frustrated the cashier even more. It made the entire experience very awkward.

None of the condiments and napkins were stocked. Some of the tables had trash left over from inconsiderate customers. Despite that, employees should be proactive in keeping the lobby clean.

As someone who used to work at McDonalds for two years when I was 16, I get the job can be challenging. I don't think we were the kind of problem customers that should have frustrated the employee so much. He didn't seem to be happy to be there whatsoever.

I won't be returning to this location.

This location needs to have corporate come in and get things right. Real blemish on the brand.
Today’s experience; sign in window “ no spicy chicken, no beans and rice.
Tried to order the family tenders meal off the big order board was told that was no longer a promotion, talk about bait and switch.
Walked out and went to the colonel’s.

I was promptly greeted at the counter. The young man assisted me with the menu and I selected the $26.99 8 piece mixed chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. That seems pricey but I get it that food and labor costs have increased. There was no classic chicken prepared so there was a short 14 minute wait time for fresh chicken. The chicken was crispy and tasty. My wife said the mashed potatoes and gravy were better than the competition. Keep up the quality! I will return!!

Two of my friends suggested this Popeyes which I tried to turn down because I had a bad experience the last time I had gone years ago but I foolishly thought things may have changed. We went in and waited at the counter for 10-15 minutes before even being approached by an employee when approached he took my first friends order then walked away mid payment to do what literally appeared to be a drug deal with a friend that had walked in. He didn’t return to my friend to give his receipt another employee stepped in and gave it to him along with his drink. I was next in line and it took another 20 minutes and another “drug deal” between employees for me to be acknowledged. When my order was taken I decided to pay in cash since I didn’t feel my debit card information could be trusted with these employees. I give $20 to the employee for my $10.20 meal and he sets my 20 on the counter and walks off because he couldn’t get the register open. Meanwhile 10 or so minutes go by and the drawer just opens up so an different employee comes over to “help” and gives me my change (I could tell this man couldn’t not count change). My second friend after me decided he would go down the road to get food because of our absolutely terrible service. Shut down this location or restaff for the good of other potential customers.

SERVICE: Drive thru...1)could barely hear/understand the cashier.2)paid, handed drinks (no straws) and was asked to pull forward bc of delay...5 minutes later handed food (still no straws or napkins) 3) had to park and go inside (which found 4/5 others standing and waiting on orders)for straws and napkins...4)none at fountain, stood at counter,basically ignored, waited TOO LONG, finally got attention of drive thru rep.
FOOD: chicken was hot (thankfully since had to wait 5 minutes, but Cajun fries were cold. Breading on chicken not crispy and kept "sliding" off with every bite.
ATMOSPHERE: didn't dine in so didn't really pay attention ...seemed average for location.

I will be sharing this review with corporate so something can be done. This location is so mediocre it is ridiculous! You have kids working there who could care less about themselves or the people that are bringing money to this corporation. Website says the the location opens at 10, doors are locked. The workers see people there and run to the back to not be seen. It seems like a playground for kids (the workers), rather than being a restaurant that is supposed to be running business as usual. If people don't want to work, then go home! Every single last person that works at this Popeyes is lazy. Do something rather than just exist! I'm so tired of this location

I really don't understand how my whole order got messed up when I was the only car in the drive thru. Then when I called about my order someone answered the phone and didn't say one word. I literally said hello 3 times and then said, "I know they didn't answer and not say anything." And the person hung up. I swear this location will never get a dime of my money. That was very rude and unprofessional.

This Popeyes is hands down the worst! Literally sit in line for 30 minutes every time! The wings tailgate is plastered all over their menu and when I go to order they say they don’t have it anymore and when I asked why it’s still on the menu all I got was silence. I have lived around the corner for 8 years and once a year I try to come and hope that the service has changed but never fairways the same terrible service and experience. DONT COME HERE!!!!!!
