We ate dinner there while staying at a campground nearby. The owner of the campground had referred us to this restaurant. The menu was a little pricey, however my husband and I split a meal and even brought home left-overs. We had the Queen Size Prime Rib which was 20 oz. It came with salad/soup and one vegetable. The salad was large. The baked potato had been cooked quite a while and was even turning dark. The waiter could have been more attentive. We had to ask the bus boy to bring horseradish because we could not get the waiter's attention. I know it is not the establishment's fault, and I could have asked to be moved however the table next to us was so loud that I had to get super close to my husband to hear our conversation. My husband even commented that this was not a place to bring a first date because it was so loud.

Been to this place 3 times over the last 2 years or so and each time it gets worse. I don't know how it has over 4 stars. I guess if you are just looking for a beer it's ok. Our server Doreen was the best part of the meal. I only gave service 3 stars because the kid at the hostess stand has an attitude problem. Ordered Potato skins for an app with the bacon on the side . They went back the first time because cheese was like rubber and wasn't even fully melted. We didn't finish them, enough said on that. Wife ordered steak sandwich which was so so and I had Pastrami RUEBEN. My fault for not fully reading the menu but who puts coleslaw on a RUEBEN. In my 52 years I have never had coleslaw on a RUEBEN. Maybe a SLOPPY JOE. The little bit of pastrami on the bread was tasteless and the top pieces were like eating jerky. Today they sold me $54 worth of insurance , Insuring I will never be back.

The Chicken Quesadilla was amazing at this place and also the served dip and sour cream dip. Service was very friendly but a little stressed out but ….it was really busy at this time around 4.
I will come back if I’m around there of course ?

We were from out of town and stopped here on a recommendation.We sat at a high top in the bar area and service was what I would expect until the bar tender had a "regular" at the bar hand me my beer. This is completely unacceptable way to serve a seated customer. The soup was ok. The wings and mozzarella sticks were good. The French dip "Jammie's way" was tasteless and the champagne chicken was boiled chicken with what tasted like cream of chicken soup on it picture attached. The dinners left a ton to be desired. The service left alot to be desired for the $$ we spent and i would not recommend.

This is definitely your friendly neighborhood bar/grill. First of all, the service is awesome. Our server was great! She gave awesome recommendations and was very attentive. Even sat down with us a for a few minutes. This place gets busy! But we still were able to get a table pretty quickly. The food was very good that’s as well. They do not skimp on the seasoning which is a good thing! Seems to be a popular place for bikers. I def recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Went with a party of 7 adults, I got stuffed flounder, the hubby got the king prime rib. The food was amazing, the drinks were tasty and service was top notch!! We also got crab dip with chips for an appetizer and chocolate cake for dessert. Loved every bite of everything!!!!! We'll be back one day!!!

Came into this place after reading the reviews while on a family trip in NJ. Love this places Atmosphere! The cabin feeling makes you feel like your home. I went on a Thursday at 6 pm and it was packed! Surprisingly we put to a table instantly! The waitress was super nice and even gave us some recommendations. I ended up getting the cabin burger. It's a very different place however. The reason I'm saying that is because you have to literally assemble your burger/sandwich. You have to choose if you want lettuce and if you want cheese you have to ask for it lol. The salad was great! The bread was super fluffy. I have no idea how they do it but they made the outside crunchy and the inside soft and fluffy! This is when it all went downhill... We waited 1 hour for food that wasn't cooked to what we told them. I told them CRISPY BACON I get a soggy wet 3 pieces of it on my perfectly cooked burger.. How are you gonna put disgusting bacon on a perfect medium burger when the customer told you they wanted the bacon WELL COOKED AND CRISPY. The fries taste like plastic and they aren't good even with ketchup. Overall I would come back here but really make sure that the bacon is cooked.

When you’re looking to meet up for some grub with your work palls or just happen to be rolling through Cream Ridge New Jersey the Plumstead bar and Grill is a nice stop.

Creative, quick witted, and clever staff with the service to match. Tons on tap with bartenders to match. Overall good spot to hang out and grab a sip and dip.
