We were delighted by Pho Pasteur 3 on a cold January 1st. We were shocked by the extremely generous Pho portion size (it was easily enough to satisfy both of us), but the day was busy and the service didn’t meet our expectations (they didn’t bring silverware and napkins to the table and never checked back on us after delivering our food). However we enjoyed the food and it was cheap enough that we will likely return in the near future.

Really liked the food and service- interior, not so much!

Food was good. Grilled pork could have been more flavorful, but all else was good.

Service was kind and helpful.

The only complaint is that the interior is run down, and kitchen opens into the dining space and kitchen’s hood/fan is super loud. Not a pleasant setting to enjoy food!

Best Pho in Lancaster! Has a very rich broth and the servings are large so you may want to get the small size which is still very big. The staff is very friendly and the good comes out fast. Can't go wrong here. Many different dishes to try.

Pho Pasteur is where the old Denny's used to be. The staff is friendly however for first timers, I feel things could have been explained. In most places, customers are asked if it's their first time then given an explanation about the food. We ordered, for our food and given an extra tray of veggies. We weren't told what it was for, just put in front of us. The food didn't blow us away but neither did the decor. It's still the same booths and lights, etc. from Denny's. The lighting was very dim and the booth we sat at, had a hole in the seat. While I think it's great to have a Vietnamese restaurant there, there is much work to be done to bring it up to par. I believe brighter lighting would be a start. If it wasn't for the open sign, we would've thought it was closed.

I want to give this restaurant good reviews because the pho is always tasty and arrives quickly and piping hot, but the service has gotten really bad, and the restaurant seems to be falling apart. Booth seats are shredded and held together with duct tape. Pieces of paper with the table numbers are taped to the wall. Although everyone seems pleasant, we felt ignored at our last visit. Our order was taken immediately; it arrived within minutes, but that was the end of the interaction. I had to wave somebody over to give us take out containers and the bill. I'm concerned, because people will begin losing interest, the owners will need to close their doors and Lancaster County will lose delicious and authentic pho.

Great food and experience! I was here several years ago, and just recently went today. I got the seafood pho dish, and it was very good! It was hot, fresh, and filling! And the service was so quick!! I also got the durian smoothie - it had the unique flavor of durian, but tasted (and smelled) great! Highly recommended, and great place!
