Stopped in for the Espresso Martini and wasn't disappointed.. Straight ?.

But the stars of the evening were our Bartenders Mel and V... Both were very attentive, friendly, and knew the menu well.

Mel actually was our Server and reason for going Pyro the few times that we visited.

I recently visited Palma and had a mixed experience that averaged out to a solid four stars.

First, the downside: the hosts were quite rude when I asked to move our table. They initially placed us near the bathroom hallway, which felt like a wind tunnel. It was not a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. We decided to move to the bar on our own, and that's where things took a turn for the better.

At the bar, we met Bailey, who made our visit exceptional. Her amazing recommendations kept us coming back. She suggested the Thai fries, betting we would want a second order—and she was right. We ended up ordering a second round and even came back the next day for more.

The food and drinks at Palma are truly outstanding. We kept ordering just to try more items. The chicken bubble waffle is a must-try. The ginger butter is delicious, and the chicken is perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Thai curry fries are packed with flavor, and the yellow curry popcorn chicken is another solid choice.

For drinks, if you enjoy an espresso martini, Palma's version with Frangelico crème is to die for. The Lychee Lowdown is a sweet, easy sipper with island flavors, and the Peach Fuzzy is dangerously good, perfect for a hot day.

The vibes at Palma are wonderful, both day and night. Despite the initial hiccup with the hosts, the excellent service from Bailey and the amazing food and drinks make this a spot I highly recommend.

The food was delicious and service was great. We had the vegan sushi, curry fries (highly recommended, the sauce is so good), and all of the gluten free menu. Everything was sooo good, but the star was the banana split dessert. Ube (purple) ice cream and caramelized bananas.

Not a lot of parking in this area and the lot there is costs $$$. The decor is very nice with a huge outdoor space. Our waiter was terrible. We asked what was good and he said "nothing stands out" and that uninterested attitude persisted throughout our meal. We got the two different platters. Both were quite good. A little light for four people but enough. Beignets were excellent. Price was good as well. I'd be interested to go back and try some more food, but hopefully with a different waiter.

Definitely basic food. But the lion tail maki was interesting. The ambiance was amazing!! And the service was very fast the food came incredibly fast. The drinks were better than usual, I’d recommend the blood orange margarita. The popcorn chicken was alright but I don’t recommend the snow seasoning.

The atmosphere is awesome, especially on our Arizona fall days. Very cool vibe.
Service and food is good, but not what I'd rate as great.
Recommend going for the atmosphere though!

Palma was amazing!!! Coming from out of town and not knowing what to expect this place was awesome! The DJ was good. The aesthetic was gorgeous and vibey. We had the most amazing server, Jan Rei!!!! He’s the absolute best, very personable, fun and knowledgeable. He made the experience so worth while and the food/drinks were great!!! Jan Rei made my birthday vacay experience so great!!! Thank you Jan Rei!!!!!

My wife and I had our first experience at Palma and wow. From beginning to end, phenomenal. Bianca was our server and made awesome recommendations for us for drinks and food. She was attentive without being overbearing. The popcorn chicken was outstanding. Drinks awesome. Fully recommend this spot to anyone and everyone; ask for Bianca if you can!!!
