This restaurant is really close to my house so I can't believe my first time going was yesterday. I started off with the Thai tea boba with rum and the queso appetizer. Both were really good but I'd prefer more roti and no cracklins or shrimp chips. For the entree I got the yellow curry with chicken and it was virtually flavorless. I kept trying to add salt and pepper but it just didn't do the trick. I could tell it had potential though but it was just something missing. My friend got the sesame cucumbers for her appetizer which were really fresh and light. She also got the shrimp and grits and it's definitely an acquired flavor so I can't really describe it but I wasn't a fan

Everything is great! If the chef see this, please let him know he/she bring the chicken breast a bit too long. Its sweet on the outside, but it so salty afterward.

Their menu is seasonal***
Originally came in for pho& ramen but the ramen was seasonal?.
Stayed anyways had the vinaloo wings, French fries (with the best sauce ?) & hangover pho. Food was amazing & blew my mind-I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. It was different in so many good ways.
Also HELLO boba cocktails, yes please.
I’ll be back soooon!

I researched this place and chose it based on reviews.
I was very disappointed in the pho. The soup base tasted like a powder mix I’ve bought at the Asian market. The brisket was good though.

I ordered the fried oyster appetizer and the first oyster I bit into had shells. I nearly broke a tooth. I tried some more, and they were ok. That first bite ruined it.
It’s like biting an egg shell on an egg sandwich!

Great option for a lunch date in City Park! So many GF accommodations and special precautions. I gobbled the fried green beans, chicken bowl & amazing pork pho.
Staff and service were superb! I highly recommend this restaurant

the food and service were so good! though i love traditional pho, this fusion was the best pho i’ve ever had! the vindaloo chicken bites were delicious and not too spicy. will definitely be back!

Update: Went back and we were so sad to see that the chicken vindaloo bites are no longer on the menu!

Fusion Vietnamese with a seasonal menu. Everything on their current menu sounded so good I had a hard time selecting. We ended with the nuac nam chicken bites, crispy green beans, and the beef brisket and P&J oyster buns. The chicken bites were really good, we found ourselves putting that sauce on the rest of our meal. The Korean beef brisket bao buns were a close second. I was disappointed in the green beans. They weren't breaded, so not that crispy. And the curry sauce wasn't hitting all the flavors. Most of the dishes were missing something out of the sweet, salty, umami, spicy combo. That balance is what I enjoy the most from Vietnamese food. My friend was talking to the newish server, telling her about past experiences there and how much things have changed. She informed us they were changing again as they were in the process of making a new menu. I did want to try the hot honey vindaloo, maybe they'll keep it. Worth a return trip to try new things.
