Randomly chose this spot on our last day in Vegas for lunch. Grabbed a spot at the bar. Went with the Pandan Pearl Diver drink and glad I did. It was super smooth and refreshing. The bartenders were top notch. Prob the best I’ve experienced on this trip as far as personality, friendliness and knowledge of their drinks and menu. This was my first time having Ramen and I’m disappointed in myself that I waited this long to try it. It was amazing. Definitely will have to hit this spot again when I return to Vegas!

Monogamy in Las Vegas was an amazing restaurant. The atmosphere was really welcoming, nice music, lots of chit chatter, and a beautiful wall mural. The waiters/waitresses were really nice, and made sure we had a wonderful experience.
We ordered the pork buns and two bowls of shoyu ramen to share, and it was amazing! The shoyu ramen was really delicious, and I really enjoyed the noodles. The egg was super duper soft so we broke it…. But it was really good! The broth was a bit too thick for my liking but still really delicious!
As for the pork belly buns, I really enjoyed them! The bun itself was extremely soft and tasty in the mouth. The meat itself kinda melted in my mouth. The buns were a bit too sweet, or there was some taste that wasn’t my favorite, but still super delicious.
Overall, the restaurant was very nice, great atmosphere, service, and food! I’ve also heard the cauliflower is superb but we sadly didn’t get a chance to try it… hopefully we come back again! 9/10

Pork buns were overhyped and a bit dry. We also ordered lamb rack and it was crispy on the outside and juicy and sophisticated inside. Cauliflower was AHMAZING! Service was pretty bad the waiter got us the wrong drinks multiple times. Overall a good experience.

Creative and unique Asian cuisine.
We had the Chef’s Picks 4-course menu.
Each dish was original and beautiful.
The Shoyu Ramen was fantastic and the black sesame and Chai ice cream deserts were delicious and surprising.
While not a Michelin-star restaurant experience, the place is roomy, informal and friendly and the dishes are each a surprising delight of Asian fusion.

Phenomenal food, and even better service and vibes. Momofuku was easily one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas; my friend and I visited for our last meal of the trip and were immediately drawn in by the fun, upbeat music and delightful aromas of pork belly and ramen broth wafting out into The Cosmopolitan. We started off with their yuzu soju slush, a super refreshing (and strong!) cocktail with a great sour, fruity punch. I was already starting to feel a bit tipsy after just a quarter of the cocktail, so we ordered a few of their buns to sample before our ramens arrived. Our server was super friendly and helpful, and he let us do a little mix-and-match situation with the bao since my friend was super excited about the pork belly, but I'm pescatarian. The buns were remarkable (and not just because we were getting a bit tipsy); they were perfectly steamed to be super soft and pillowy, and the fillings for both buns were phenomenal. My friend commented that the pork belly was potentially the best bite she had in Vegas that weekend, and I absolutely loved the shrimp -- the shrimp patty was perfectly crispy and crunchy, and the shrimp inside was tender and juicy. The fresh shredded lettuce offered a much-needed bite of freshness, and the sriracha aioli gave the bun a hint of heat and acidity. It was a super balanced bun, and all-around absolutely delicious.

After the buns came the star of the show -- the ramen! I got their mushroom miso with fried tofu, and was super impressed by the depth of flavor and richness in the broth. I tend to find vegetarian ramens a bit risky, since meat / bones tends to play such a critical role in creating a rich, hearty broth, but Momofuku did a phenomenal job crafting a broth where you don't miss the meat at all. The mushrooms were also fantastic, and I loved that they had a variety of types and preparation styles, including the fried enoki and boiled oyster mushrooms, which offered a bit of pizazz and extra interest to the dish. The noodles were cooked perfectly, a bit al dente at the beginning of the meal and soft, but not soggy and overcooked by the end of the bowl. The only thing that I didn't find quite worth it was the tofu -- it was a bit too oily and wasn't super well-seasoned, but it was a great way to add a hint of protein to the dish.

All in all, Momofuku is such a delight and absolutely lives up to the hype; I can't wait to sample more of their noodles the next time I visit!

A little too noisy where music and noise is fighting which to be louder. The food was mediocre at best. We had a great host. The Asian lady with spects was very good at her job. We did enjoy our brussel sprouts. That was nice.

One of the best meals I've ever had. The seasonal pickle plate with pickled blueberries was life changing. The service was exceptional and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

No Vegas trip is complete without a stop at Momofuku! Our most recent visit was for a private dining event in the Triple 8 room and as usual, the food and service was excellent. The one downside to the seating arrangement of the Triple 8 room is that if you are seated in the inside of the table it is a pain to get out and you’ll need everyone sitting beside you to shuffle out first.
