At first I didn’t want to go in (due to prices being high) but line at Starbucks was longer and my time was limited so begrudgingly I went in. Nicely surprised, the setting was classy and elegant, food was excellent and well worth the money, the egg and bacon bowl (pictured) was perfectly done as requested (hate runny eggs so they were cooked perfectly) country potatoes were crispy, their home made hot sauce /salsa is Mexican hot so be warned but u loved it and had both servings of it.
Coffee was good too, overall great experience. My attendant (middle age Asian woman) and her helper (greying Hispanic male) were great in checking in on my needs and even offering me to go coffee, loved it.

This is my third or fourth meal here due to a conference event. The staff are attentive and the portions are generous and the food is tasty. Recommend the salad and side of grilled salmon.

First time here and I was very disappointed in the food. We got buffet and the Taste of the food was not good at all. No flavor, mac and cheese off the kids menu was so watery and mushy. Definitely not worth the price. Service was okay, staff was attentive.
Atmosphere could have been more intimate and set up nicely.

Mix Restaurant, at the Hilton Anaheim Hotel, is a great place to start or end the day. We ate here twice for breakfast and once for dinner during our stay at the hotel. The food was all delicious. It's not fancy, but very nice comfort food. The Calamari appetizer was delicious. We shared the Black Angus Burger and a Ceasar Salad for dinner. With were good.

Not a bad thing to say about the food. The French onion soup was fantastic. My filet was perfectly cooked and the potato puree was a great consistency.

Very disappointed in the food especially for the price. We ordered a Moscow mule, it came in a normal glass and had an odd flavor, possibly ginger ale? No mint, I don't think they knew how to make one, yet we paid $19 for it! Literally that is the most I've ever paid for a drink, including higher priced restaurants.

French onion soup needed salt and more onions, it had little to no flavor. The wedge salad was good, no complaints there. The "garlic fries" are like wavy potato wedges but there wasn't any garlic on them. We asked if they were the correct ones and was told yes, but there was only a sprinkle of 5 parmesan flakes.

Brussel sprouts were VERY hard and undercooked without flavor. The steak sauce was good and steak was cooked well.

The service was good, but I was shocked gratuity is automatically added and they don't even tell you about it. I almost tipped on top of the tip they already took out.

I was so incredibly disappointed with this place, and rarely write bad reviews.

I was a guest at the Hilton, and my family and I were ending our 2nd day at Disneyland. We were extremely hungry and tired. We didn't want to go anywhere else because our checkout was the next morning. Fortunately, even though it was late and on Google, it said it was closed we were able to get a table and be served.

Our waitress was Teresa and she is the definition of great customer service and hospitality. We were her last customers of the night, and she was able to answer all our questions. She was even able to be extra kind to us in many ways. For starters, our youngest one is 13 and no longer qualifies for the kids' menu, but the portion sizes would be too big for her. Teresa was able to work with us in getting her something small and delicious. One of us wanted cherry coke, and they didn't carry it, but Teresa was able to add cherry syrup and create her own drink for us. Very refreshing!!

Tried the quesadilla, Angus burger, and roasted chicken. Food came out fresh and delicious. I do recommend that if you stay at the Hilton and are able to , you try it. Pricing is a bit higher, but you are already at the hotel, and our fear was that if we ordered delivery that we would have food left over. This worked out perfectly.

Huge thank you to Teresa. You made our last night in Anaheim a memorable experience.

Great food. We ate breakfast and lunch there on two different days. For lunch, 2 of us had burgers and fries. One had a pasta dish. All were impressed with the quality of food. One surprise is that we were charged for refills on drinks. The server should have warned us when she offered the refill that there would be a charge for it, or at least it should have been noted on the menu. I haven't been to a restaurant in 30 years that charged for refills of ice tea or soda. For breakfast, our eggs Benedict were delicious. At both meals our servers were prompt and attentive.
