Nous avons fait 2 séjours dans cet hôtel et cela a été une très belle expérience !
Le personnelle dans son entièreté a été professionnel et particulièrement à nos petits soins. Que ce soit à la réception en service de chambre ou au restaurant de l’hôtel.
J’aimerai ajouter une mention spécial à Gustavo et Yanel de vraies perles avec nous qui a vraiment mit du baume à nos petits cœurs durant notre séjour ? je recommande 10000x !!!

I’m blown away by this hotel. It’s absolutely gorgeous! 10 out of 10 on ambiance and customer service! Yury, the bartender, made an excellent chocolate martini! I had never heard of this hotel. I read the reviews and took a chance and WOW! Five star experience without the five star price! Kudos to the owners!!!!

Being an entrepreneur in the gastronomy industry is incredibly complex, and when you add the determination to do things well, it’s doubly impressive. I visited this place a year ago for a wine tasting, and today, I’m sharing my experience as a diner.

Food: The star dish was the lamb, cooked in the Spanish style. However, the sides might not have been the most suitable. I’ll reserve further opinions on the other dishes for my next visit. As a suggestion, I recommend offering a wine list; any distributor would be more than happy to develop one that combine your dishes.

Service: The staff always attentive and focused on our table. Even when we sent something back that we didn’t enjoy, they handled it with a smile and a commendable level of professionalism. Special thanks to the restaurant managers for personally checking on us.

Ambiance: Despite being located in a hotel, the atmosphere is perfectly cozy and intimate, making it an ideal spot for a romantic evening with your partner.

Conclusion: I’ll return after some time and delve deeper into the food offerings. Thank you for the excellent service, and keep up the great work!

I enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant and the food was great but Rosa who served me was extremely kind and professional in her service delivery. As a bank manager, I know about excellent customer service and definitely Rosa has the required qualities to serve with a pleasant smile. This was a great experience and I will definitely return her for breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Kudos to her and I wish her the very best.

We had a wonderful experience at EB Hotel Miami. We arrived in the middle of the night and the check in experience was very quick and efficient. We opened the door to a beautiful suite and slept very well in the most comfortable bed I have slept in years.
In the morning we came down to Miranda which is the hotels restaurant for breakfast. Viviana greeted us with a smile and took great care of us. Viviana made sure that we always had fresh hot coffee and that our two boys were well taken care of with delicious Nutella French toast and chicken and waffles that was delicious. We will most certainly be back to EB Hotels Miami.

During a brief overnight stay in Miami, I had an opportunity to dine at Miranda's for dinner. The food was great and the service exceptional. Will definitely go back when I'm in Miami again!

I was delightfully very surprised for the quality, food presentation and overall service of this wonderful hotel restaurant. The lobby of the EB Hotel is beautiful, and the bar and restaurant are adjacent to the lobby. The beautiful designer touches and swanky decor are very "Miami". The food came out a little slow, but it was delicious. Each dish had its own unique plating...the food was delicious, and the quality was excellent. Also, pricing was extremely fair. I would definitely come back here again, whether I say at the hotel or not.
