One of the best Indian restaurants in malvern/exton surroundings. Quality and consistency in taste is main reason I like this restaurant. Environment is really neat and clean, very well maintained washrooms. Friendly staff and service. Menu seems pretty good, but slightly overpriced. They have kids friendly menu as well.

Terrible Experience with Fried Rice

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Manam Indian Cuisine , and I can confidently say it was the worst fried rice I have ever eaten. The dish was overwhelming bland and greasy, but the most concerning issue was the chicken. It tasted spoiled, which made it inedible and raised serious food safety concerns.

The cook clearly needs more training, as the overall quality of the meal was unacceptable. I couldn't finish the dish due to the unpleasant taste and smell.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Save your money and choose a place that values quality and hygiene.

Ordered the popular thali, all the non vegetarian curries were too oily and had mostly bones without actual meat. Vegetarian curries were good. Paying 25$ for this felt really bad.

Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Visited for dinner and ordered fish & chicken appetizers. Both were good. Parotta and house special chicken curry is good too. Ordered Mutton fry biryani. All the items were good and tasty, quality of food and service were also good, But only problem was the quantity of the serving. All the dishes quantity was lesser than other restaurants, could be better if quantity is more.

One of the few Indian restaurants that do not offer buffet. I mean that in a good way. The food feels more fresh that way. The restaurant carries extensive South Indian menu that you don’t see often. Food is not crazy spicy but might feel a little spicy for those who are not used to a little kick. I have never eaten North Indian food here so it hard to judge the taste and spice level, but the South Indian food is good here. I am vegetarian so cannot judge any meat based dishes. I would recommend locals to try it at least one time.

Authentic Indian restaurant with a great combo of north and south dishes.

I particularly like their appams with egg and chicken curry. Their parothas and kal dosas are also super good.

I found some of their mutton and chicken curries quite spicy. We ordered them with medium spice, but next time, I’ll go for mild. If you’re like me and have a low tolerance for spicy food, be sure to let the server know your spice preference when ordering.

The food is very flavorful. The menu is extensive with plenty of options. Definitely going back to try their other dishes. ?

After we ordered we were informed we couldn’t get the lacha parotta so we ordered a second naan (the Kashmiri) . When our food came, we were missing the cheese naan we ordered. When the waitress came about 10 min after our food was delivered (by someone in the kitchen) we asked about it and she had forgotten to put the order in. When it arrived we were done with dinner but tried it. The place is very warm. The one portable air conditioner wasn’t running. The butter chicken and the kongunadu goat curry were good. When we went to pay and leave the lady that was ringing us out stopped our transition to seat a couple that came in. Summary, the food is good but the service isn’t. I wouldn’t eat here again.

I really enjoyed my meal at Manam! Everything we had was not only delicious, but hands down the best Indian food I've had in a very long time. Moving from London to Chester County, my husband and I despaired at ever finding an Indian restaurant that matched the selection and quality we had grown accustomed to. Well, not anymore! Not only was the food exceptionally prepared, but service was fantastic! Everyone we talked with was extremely friendly and more than happy to explain any questions I had regarding the menu. We will be back many more times.
