Very busy restaurant with quick and good quality foods.

The seafood chaufa (rice) is fantastic.

The picarones (donuts) are so delicious, they are soaked in a sweetened anise syrup!

Would highly recommend a visit.

Black beans and yucca were on point no complaints there. The three stars is for the chicken. Whoever marinated the chicken did a poor job on doing it. It tasted like a regular rotisserie chicken you buy at a regular grocery store. It was not spiced up like Peruvians do. Also, it was not a la braza at all, the only thing a la brasa is in the name of the place, very misleading to name a place la brasa . The salsas disappointed me even more, the aji verde was watered up. No aji amarillo either.
Nothing I tasted had that authentic Peruvian punch to it.
I’ll continue my quest to find an authentic Peruvian & Mexican food restaurant in the state of Florida because so far nothing I have tried has tamed my taste buds.
The cashier taking my order was polite and suggested ordering the lunch special.
On the other hand the waitress kept bringing food I didn’t order to my table and making other customers mad in the process . I could’ve given them a 4star for that but She was nice and attentive to my needs tho.
In conclusion this a great place for rotisserie chicken, it was fresh and good tasting but definitely not at the level Peruvians spice up & cook their pollo a la brasa.
I would definitely not come back to try their other dishes.

Sabemos que el pollo a la brasa es muy bueno, pero queriamos probar algunos platos diferentes y entradas frias. Pedimos una papa a la huancaina, causa de atun, ceviche de pescado y un lomo saltado. La papa de la huancaina estaba caliente y por ende la crema se estropio. El aderezo del ceviche no estaba bueno. Se sentia puro limon y sin sabor. Recomiendo poner la cancha separada y no en el mismo plato del ceviche. La causa de atun si estaba buena. Se sentia fresca y tenia buen gusto. El lomo saltado esta muy rico, no estaba Salado y la coxcion de la carne estaba a punto medio. Siempre acompañado con su rica IncaCola. Y el tres leches estaba delicioso.

The customer service here is completely non-existent. My boss is a frequenter at this location and wanted me to place an order for him to pick up for his family dinner. I went to order online and he said the total is more than usual and I explained that usually when you order online they raise the prices so he asked me to call. The first time I called their number (954-990-5372) some body answered and literally said La Brasa how can I help you, as soon as I asked them if I could place an order online they asked me to hold and then hung up. After that I couldn’t get through. Every call which was about 30 calls they were all forwarded to voicemail and it said the mailbox was full so obviously I couldn’t leave a message. How does a business run like this? What if someone wants to place a catering order they just wouldn’t be able to talk to anyone or place a catering order? It’s the holidays that’s insane! After I informed my boss he told me they are the worst with phone orders and that once they were place on hold for 20 mins!!!

Era mi lugar favorito, pero ahora con el personal nuevo, ya no lo es. Te cobran la propina obligatoria cuando pagas, y encima la que me atendió esta muy pero muy desordenada. Me trajo mi comida pero sin platos, me trajo 3 vasos, un con hielo, uno con medio hielo y uno sin hielo… tomo 3 personas para poder que me trajinera Toda mi comida….. Siempre pido lo mismo, desde hace 15+ años… lástima que ahora esté decepcionado…

Use to be one my favorite places, but now with the new staff it is not. They FORCE you to leave a tip at the register, and the customer service is really bad now. The lady that was suppose to take care of our table, was very bad. She brought our food but no plates, brought us 3 cups, each with less ice than the last one, with the last one being literally empty… how does that make sense? It took 3 staff people to get my food to me… my order was simple, I’ve been having the same dish for the past 15+ years…. Sad that a 15+ year old customer is now dissatisfied.

Services very bad actitud,order paella, bad no sea food in , just 2 or 3 shrimps and scallops, please learn to do Paella and thec presentation nestle. Never asking for paella. Or seafood rice.

I recently visited La Brasa Plantation and was impressed from the moment I walked in. Despite arriving just 40 minutes before closing, the staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming. You could tell they were tired after a long day, but they still kept their smiles and positive attitudes, which made the experience so much more enjoyable.

The food was nothing short of fantastic! Everything was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and clearly made with care. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves authentic Latin cuisine and values great service. I'll definitely be back!
