My husband and I were driving across the U.S. back home to New Hampshire after Thanksgiving when he found this lovely little restaurant! The food was wonderful and authentic. Everything came out quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. The food was fresh and so comforting and filling. We will certainly be coming back once we drive back through the area during our next travels.

This is easily one of the best places in the region for home cooked, delicious food. It has truck parking and easy access to I-80. The schnitzel, meatballs, stroganoff, lamb, borscht are all amazing. Honestly, I don't think there's anything on their menu I haven't enjoyed. I get through here about once a week and look forward to it every time.

I just can’t say enough about this restaurant. Eastern European blended with elements of Middle Eastern, simply amazing everything. to include the service, so hospitable. There is a reason why so many locals come here as well as clearly truckers who are passing by. You really can’t get in many places, bountiful portions, very high, home-cooked, quality, and reasonable prices as well. And if you sit outside on one of the picnic benches, you not only have beautiful scenery, but also a view of many passing Amish in their carriages. The most memorable restaurant by far on our 13 Day road trip from Texas to New York and back.
The only disappointing thing is that they are so far from us in Texas. We would eat here at least twice a week if they were closer. Yum!

A quaint little restaurant just off exit 192 on I-80 in Pennsylvania. A place you can find a good fresh cooked meal at a reasonable price. You can smell the goodness as you walk through the door.
I had the lamb kebab with the fresh bread. Not a single crumb was left.
I will definitely have to stop here again.

Great, Authentic Menu - you will be pleasantly surprised! I know I was. Everything I got was great - came out fresh made and within 10 min. This is most logically a sit down restaurant, great for families and clean bathrooms. There is a small condiment/grocery area to pick up your favorite Eastern European condiments and foods. Super fun drink selections too. I tried the “cheesy bread” with the egg yolk on it and the chicken shush kebabs. I will certainly be back to try more items. It is a large parking lot and is open late. It was insanely easy to find right off Route 80 in Central PA.

Middle of nowhere? Fill hungry. It's just around the corner. Great homemade food. Reasonable price. Whatever you tried, it was delicious. And most important.... fresh.

When we pulled up I wasn’t sure. Doesn’t look like anything special from the exterior. It was absolutely delicious. The borscht, the cheesy bread, the lamb. It was flavorful and filling. Everyone was kind and helpful.
