I love jack but they really do be lacking especially when there was no one at this specific jack in the box it was legit just me and they still managed to mess my order. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and they also forgot to give me my drink. I barley noticed when I got home ?
Also when did they start charging for sauces? I'm new to the area so I guess they just charge here kinda lame

Absolutely love Jack in the Box. It has always been my favorite fast food of all. Love the Jumbo Jacks with cheese, tacos, and egg rolls. This particular Jack-in-the-Box is one of the best. Always clean, maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Tiffany is just awesome, funny, hard-working, and just an overall great employee. Thank you Jack in the Box for a lifetime of good food and good memories. ? ? ?

Clean and pleasant. Service was nice and quick. No locks on clean, graffiti free restrooms. Nice. Only downside.. you can't mobile order here! Have tried several times to use the app and order ahead utilizing my rewards and offers yet app says this location doesn't have these items available. I asked at the counter but employees didn't have a clue!

So I order $25 worth of food. I give her exact change. I wait at the window for 20 minutes drive away with my food...park right outside the location to send a text. Girl comes running up saying I didn't pay. I tell her I did...she was completely calm and nice. But the manager inside has an attitude with me cuz I say I will wait for them to count the drawer. Get a different job or don't be in a position of authority if you don't understand customer service. I DID NOTHING wrong...do better!

I asked for my fries to be hot, they sent me to the front parking to wait, they said sorry it took so long, we had to make the tacos, tacos were hot everything else was cold, I called to complain, they said you're supposed to eat while you're driving, and we're not going to replace anything, $33.00 down the tube. Microwave fries and burgers suck just like the service I received.

Great service most of the time. The extra sauce charge gets me tho. Some employees laugh and say they don't charge extra but just the one time, I was charged 23 cents for 1 sweet and sour. Honestly, I'm that person who won't ever order that egg roll again just to avoid a problem.

Still the best tacos in the high desert . Maybe even all of San Bernardino county .
Aside from the tacos the service is always good and the staff are very friendly .
