Such great service, food and people!

We don't eat Indian Food often, but when we do we like a little of everything!! What was really cool about this place is the "fusion" showcasing different types of Indian and Chinese curries.

We really enjoyed ALL of it, but the standout for sure was the Lamb Rogan Josh. It was SO TENDER, flavorful and NOT gamey! Plus the rice they give you was more then enough for even leftover!

The naan breads were SUPER FLUFFY to! Also loved the chicken tandoori plate and Chicken korahi. We got a chili onion naan and that paired with the korahi gave it some nice heat! Plus the chili chicken momos were fun. Kinda reminded me of a Korean sweet and sour short rib sauce.

Overall definitely recommend you checking them out! Would totally go back for some more dishes, cause they have quite the spread! They are located in a little food truck park in a quite little neighborhood so I imagine they will be great for some locals!

I highly recommend this restaurant! It looks like a brand-new food truck, and the interior is spotless, which made me feel confident ordering from them. I placed an order for 10 servings of Christmas lunch for our company, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large portions—there was enough food to serve 15-20 people! Every dish received rave reviews from my colleagues. Personally, I highly recommend the Salmon Tikka, Rock Lamb, and Chicken Tikka Masala. Also, I want to compliment their service—being able to have the food delivered was so convenient, and it arrived right on time. Overall, everything was excellent, and I’m very satisfied!

Come with an appetite! I was surprised how much food came with the lunch special for $15. Two entrees, two pieces of naan bread, a veggie samosa and rice. 5 hours later I’m still stuffed! Their food is super tasty too. I was very impressed overall especially with it being a food truck. The staff was very friendly as well and accommodated my chicken allergy for the lunch special and made up a new dish for me! Be careful backing out of the parking area if you have a car that sits low as there is a curb on the sides. There are other parking areas available nearby though. Also, their containers are perfect for to-go orders.

Really happy that Indian Fusion has set up shop on Lost Creek Blvd. We ordered a couple of dishes through their website this evening and the food was fresh and tasted delicious. For the Chicken Biryani, I requested extra spicy in the comments, and the heat level was legit. Tasted great as was the case with the chicken tikka masala. I definitely plan on coming back regularly.

Honestly might be the best Indian food in Austin (Clay Pit watch out). The food is sooo good and so fresh and the service is phenomenal. Austin needs more great Indian food and this checks every single box. I’m normally not a food truck person, but I love Indian food and there are no good Indian restaurants in this neighborhood so when Indian Fusion opened I was desperate to find one and my husband suggested we give it a chance ?. I am SO THANKFUL he did. I can’t say enough about this food. My only request is if they open a physical restaurant please let it be near by. Don’t miss out on this gem.

The Chicken Korma here was excellent. It reminded me of the Korma I used to get as a child in England! I want to try the Lamb Biryani next time! I didn't get any naan bread, but it all smells soooo good! Service was amazing and friendly.

Might be the best Indian food in Westlake! Our first order was a bit over the top as we wanted to try and bunch of different items and everything was great! Only complaint is the menu has too many items for a food truck. Simplifying it a bit would be helpful along with adding a “gf” next to items that are/can be gluten free. This will for sure be in our regular dinner rotation.
