Wow! Hudson Prime Steakhouse truly knocked it out of the park with their brunch! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

We kicked off our meal with the appetizers, and let me tell you, the Crab Cakes were a standout! The Crispy Sushi —tuna, lobster, and salmon—was a showstopper as well. My apologies for not adding a picture of the appetizers; I dove right in!

Next up was the Lobster Bisque, rich and creamy and the Iceberg Wedge salad, which was crisp and refreshing.

For the entrees, we savored the Faroe Island Salmon, grilled to perfection and drizzled with a honey ginger sauce that added a delightful sweetness with potatoes and mixed veggies. The Colorado Lamb Chops were just as delightful, served with pan-fried gnocchi and mint jelly that elevated the dish to new heights.

Not only was the food absolutely DELICIOUS, but the service was also exceptional! Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They made fantastic recommendations that enhanced our dining experience, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our meal.

To top it all off, the music was on point! The lively tunes had everyone dancing and added to the vibrant atmosphere, making our brunch even more enjoyable.

Hudson Prime Steakhouse is a must-visit for anyone looking for an exquisite brunch experience. With incredible flavors, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service, I can’t wait to return and indulge in more of their amazing offerings!

Great service and atmosphere. The steak was delicious, but I have to take off 2 stars for the food due to the oysters, which were the worst we've ever had. Overall, a good experience but disappointing in that regard.

I had dinner there last night and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is so pleasant, warm and cozy. I had the short rib rigatoni and was hesitant to order pasta at a steakhouse but the Neal was delicious. My friend had the lamb special - also amazing. Lamb was tender and very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

We had an amazing dinner here. The appetizers were amazing, the drinks and the entrees were to die for. Our waiter Alexander was incredible, he was so nice and knowledgeable about everything. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Alexander behind the bar.

We hosted a family party here this weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for the holidays. We had the wine cellar all to ourselves, which made our night even more special. They even allowed us to play our own playlist.
Gino and Ari went above and beyond to accommodate every detail, from the initial planning to placing the candles in the cake. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. They truly made our special day unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant, whether you’re planning a dinner for two or a gathering of twenty.

First thing I’ll say is everything here is better than it looks with the exception of the paper plane which looks and tastes fantastic!

I’ll admit I was quite hesitant about coming here after seeing the photos and having gone to most of the steakhouses in the city but it did deliver much better than I expected. Views, service and food was very good and I would return if in the area.

I was blown away by the Bar Mitzvah celebration we held at Hudson Prime Steakhouse. The entire experience was flawless. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The food was phenomenal from start to finish; our guests couldn’t stop raving about the quality and presentation of each dish, from appetizers to main courses. The venue itself is beautiful, with beautiful views of the Hudson.

We reserved the entire restaurant on a Saturday afternoon, and the space worked beautifully for our 50 guests. Guests were welcomed with pastries and coffee in the bar area, then moved into the private room for the ceremony, followed by a seamless transition to lunch in the main dining area. The entire event flowed effortlessly.

Floria and Gino went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, graciously accommodating all of our requests. I highly recommend Hudson Prime Steakhouse to anyone looking for a sophisticated venue with outstanding service and exceptional food for their event!

Everything was delicious. I just didn't care for the tomato soup shooters, too sweet. Grilled cheese was great. Branzino and steak was great and all the sides.
