Just got a pickup order for two sweet and sour chickens. First time ever trying this place. Given to me on a cardboard box nothing is put together. Once home and tried the chicken it is blocks of rubber. Two pieces of fried chicken didn’t even have chicken in it just a marshy ball of fried dough. and a couple other pieces of chicken were grey looking after cutting into them and dry as hell. $30.00 straight to the trash can!

Dianna is an amazing server as are so many on the staff. The food is generational and truly authentic delight. I've been a patron for more than 30 years now. Thanks mom for my last meal before braces and favorite place to eat.

I have mixed reviews, we walked in and the lady asked how many walked us to our table and kept walking, we had to seat ourselves... The waitress on the other hand was AMAZING! Her name was Diane and she was very good at what she did. She never let our cup get empty. The food was ordered and at our table fast. Our service was outstanding. Hope to get her every time! Thank you again, Diane...... Ok back to the place itself. They had Pepsi cups but coke products. The silverware was old and very scratched making it look dirty. The place itself was cozy and relaxing. P.s... The price was way worth the rest ? thank you House of Hunan for the great food and service.

Food is always top-notch! Servers are always super friendly and helpful. Great prices for the huge servings. We always have plenty to bring home. Best choice around!

Szechuan chicken came with soup, chips and fried rice. The portion of rice was very less and the curry was not that good, full of carrot, less chicken. Service could be improved, because she mistakenly took an extra order of fried rice. Fried was good, came with crab Rangoon which was tasty.

Here are my 10 reasons why this place is a 2/5 star rating.

1. The instance I come in it is so dang busy.
Of course because it was a Sunday

2. I grabbed a chair and was crowded with people.

3. They never offered me a drink. And I got silverware by someone else asking for me to get one.

4. Was so loud and almost claustrophobic in the place.

5. The decorations are ehhh.

6. The food was a 5/10. Half of the food was good and the other was disgusting. The shrimp there was 0/10 didn't even eat it. I usually love shrimp but depressing. Didn't even try the mussels because ew! The shrimp soup thing was disgusting. The jello was ok I guess. The strawberry cake was good but it's not really Chinese. The chocolate cake I thought I'm glad I didn't eat it because it's apparently coffee cake. Ewww. The French fries and crab wontons are amazing. The broccoli looked ehhhh. The fired rice is terrible, Ive made way better fried rice. I tried the breaded turkey and it was cold. And the breaded chicken was hard, so definitely not fresh.

7. The employees were bouncing around having no clue they work there

8. The entrance to getting a table is terrible.

9. The price is ok but really it wasn't fun to be there.

10. Never coming back. Rather go to Asian buffet

After making arangements for a large party they did everything they could not to seat us then when we tokd them the owner started slaming plates and trowing a fit that we all showed up told us that we could not move the tables together we sat at different tables. The food was not that good very little food on the plate. Then over charged us by $33.00 The watiress was super and all she could say was I am sorry. Avoid this place

My wife and I had diner here a couple of times and I have to say, their food is much better than the Chinese restaurants I used to go to in Milwaukee when I lived there.
Both visits the waitress we had was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
We will be visiting as often as we can, I highly recommend.
