This is hard to rate because there is nothing to compare them too. If you go to any other chicken place and then Henderson you will likely stay with Henderson. The one in Lancaster has a friendly staff. I love them. The atmosphere is well they in a gas station... so I'm okay. But the warm smiles and lively conversations make up for it.

I just wanted to say that I always have a great experience at this location in Lancaster on Pleasant Run. I frequent there about once a week and the staff is amazing! They always laugh and talk with me whenever I come around. Jamal’s chicken is always pretty tasty. Maria usually takes my order and she is so sweet. I met Monique once and she was awesome. The other ladies & cook have been pretty great as well. Thumbs up to everyone!

Monica the cashier was very sweet and she cares for the customers. I love her service however I don't like how the short guy was talking to her and she wasn't saying pr doing anything and he kept messing with her.

They never change the oil were they fry the chicken and the potatoes even the stores around know that they never clean. In a period of 2 months i had 3 stomachs infections due to that chicken and I wasn’t the only one due that other people on the block had the same experience ‍♂️ I haven’t buy from them from like 3 moths ago until now and I haven’t gotten a stomach flu again ‍♂️ Nasty people ‍♂️?

We are not too crazy about the chicken although it's okay but they have the best chicken backs in DALLAS and I think they are the only place in Dallas that serves chicken backs.
