Food was delicious. The waygu brisket shoyu was a little salty, but everything was so flavorful. We would have liked things paced a little more. We were in and out in an hour and would have preferred a slower pace for the food, but it was a lovely dinning experience.

I recently dined at Glo Noodle House in Denver to celebrate an occasion with my partner and their mom. We each ordered different dishes, including the Kimchi Shoyu. Unfortunately, we found the flavors of our orders did not stand out as much as we had hoped.

Despite this, the overall experience was still enjoyable, thanks to the delightful ambiance. The modern and cozy decor, along with the subtle lighting, created a lovely dining atmosphere. Our server was very nice and provided excellent service, which added to the positive experience.

I really enjoy ramen during winters and would love to come back again.

Service was great, our server had some great recommendations. Me and a friend started with the Bubbles drink and my husband got the Fireworks. I liked my drink but I had to keep wiping my lips because of the dill foam, neverthess, it was a good drink.

I personally enjoyed the crispy tuna rice and the pork belly but the miso eggplant stole the show. I think it's a must try imo. For mains, I got the broth less noodles and it was alright, I would have liked some spicy or crunch to it.
For desserts, the yuzu cheese cake was really good and very light. I felt like I could have an entire dessert by myself.

I definitely want to come back during winters to try their ramen.

My first time here and it was wonderful! Staff was nice and friendly, they were extremely quick with their service and the food was great. I got the deathwish ramen which was spicy like I love. The mushroom appetizer was incredible and had a beautiful presentation, I wish I took a photo before I ate it all haha. I was skeptical of the kimchi shot but it was wonderful and super refreshing.

I am a Ramen hunter and i ate Ramen all over the world i must say it’s the best Ramen i had so far outside of Japan , Taiwan and Korea. I had the miso bacon Ramen and lemon chicken shio. The miso bacon Ramen was for me a little bit too salty and i missed the nori leaves in it.The chicken shio was good but not my cup of tea overall ,i liked the fried chicken in it.The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was nice and had great decoration, but i missed the Japanese toilet in it ! 🙁
Neverless good job 👏 guys, will come back when i am in the area.

We got the pork and shrimp ramen as well as the miso bacon. If I had to give it a 0-10 rating for ramen, I'd give it about an 8.1
Pretty good, but honestly I don't feel like it serves to be mentioned in the Michelin category. Service was a little bit slow with the wait staff putting their fingers on the rim of the bowls which is a little unsanitary. We also got the chicken wings which were not brined ahead of time and didn't have a juicy finish but rather a stringy more dried out meat. From my experience, I wouldn't recommend the chicken wings because of this.
Honestly it just wasn't delicious enough for me to want to come back here again. Maybe I came in on an off day.

Suchhhh a cute vibe here!! Nice big patio and awesome staff. Shared a skewer which was great and got the spicy mushroom ramen which has some good flavor. The lemon chicken wasn't as flavorful. Cocktails were super unique and very good. Pinot noir was served chilled which is an interesting choice, but nice to have a williamette valley pinot on the list. Overall enjoyed this spot!

Service was nice. We did the experience menu. The chef pics from starters to main dishes. Ranges from $100-150+ depending on how hungry you are. I recommend just getting what you want on the menu because they serve you menu items and charge you full price, so this is kind of pointless. None of the dishes really stood out to me flavor wise. But the presentations were nice.

The Wagyu brisket shoyu noodles were alright. The flavors just didn’t match that well together and the meat wasn’t the best. She charged us when we said we wanted it spice and didn’t tell us it was an up charge.

The Wagyu was the best thing we got over all. The Foie Gras wasn’t bad either it was warm and had nice flavors. Everything else was average.
