We had one of our best NYE parties ever with all the sushi that people could eat. Sean was perfect in helping us get what we wanted, and it was so fresh even the fishermen were impressed. Everyone loved it and several new customers were gained. A no-shrimp platter, a no-carb platter, and an everything else platter all within the budget. Genki proved once again why they are the best sushi in town!

Warm and inviting atmosphere, very friendly and accommodating staff, and fresh delicious food. If you have a craving for sushi in the Lancaster area, look no further. Highly reccomend the salmon, crab and scallop appetizer. 5 ✨

This place is awesome and the staff goes above and beyond to give you great food and excellent service. My husband and I have been coming here since it opened and we've NEVER had a bad or "subpar" experience.

If you like special rolls, we recommend the Black Pearl Roll ? it is absolutely delicious when paired with ponzu sauce

I don’t typically give a 5 star review, however there was nothing negative about my dine-in experience. The atmosphere was very clean and modern, if there was a negative about the atmosphere I would say the table felt sticky but I believe it was due to the type of table mixed with whatever cleaner the restaurant uses. We ordered a Pepsi, raspberry tea and a water. As an appetizer we ordered the calamari which came with a sauce that tasted a bit like eel sauce or soy sauce, it was good but I was not fond of the calamari batter I would rate it a 6/10 and may not order it next time. We also ordered the chicken fried rice which had egg, onion and scallions with thinly sliced chunks of chicken. The portion for $14 and change was definitely enough to share between 2 or 3 people. We had leftovers and the leftovers were just as good if not better than when it was served. The Japanese Bagel Roll, Spicy Salmon Roll and Caribbean Roll were the three rolls we ordered and they were delicious, flavorful and well presented. We were also given two pieces of a sushi roll on the house which I thought was very neat! Now for the service, 10/10! Extremely friendly, I couldn’t get over the friendliness of the two male waiters which I wish I had gotten their names! Upon arrival they immediately asked if we needed a high chair for our son, the service was quick with a smile, they gave us a complimentary piece of sushi, always made sure our drinks were full, asked if we needed anything and made sure we were enjoying our meal! I was very impressed with the customer service and because of that alone we would go back! I highly recommend trying this restaurant out!

We had the coconut shrimp appetizer and the gyoza. The gyoza was delicious and the sauce tasty. The coconut shrimp was dry and the sauce too plain for my liking. I ordered the L1 lunch special with the cucumber, tuna, and California roll. The soy sauce is too salty and no option of low sodium It was too much for one person. My husband had the L6 Sushi and Sashimi deluxe. Again it was too much for one person. All fish was fresh. See pics below. We ordered to go chicken teriyaki and shrimp teriyaki. The teriyaki sauce on both is mild for my taste but combine with the favor on the fried rice, it tastes good.

I've been to over 50 different sushi places at least and this is definitely up there! Amazing service, warm waiters and waitresses. I come back routinely for takeout and dinner! Definitely recommend. The menu is a little bit small, but every roll tastes AMAZING. Enough variety to come back over and over! Definitely recommend the flamingo rolls and spicy salmon roll!

No sushi place in the area can even compete with Genki! The quality of the sushi is very good, and you'll never feel like you didn't get enough food! I've been coming here for a couple of months now and now I have to come here at least 1-2 times a month! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is always very nice and welcoming and it's always a great experience. I'd recommend various items such as the miso soup (my favorite miso soup ever), sushi sashimi combo, orange flamingo roll, rainbow roll, and their tempura menu items.

Hands down the best Sushi spot in central PA, one of the best in the state. First and foremost the number one thing for me when it comes to raw sushi is the cleanliness of the establishment. This place is as clean as a surgical facility. They are super friendly and know me by name. There fish is so fresh which is the second most important element to great sushi, very very fresh. Everything on the menu is fantastic, some of my favorites are the Pink Flamingo Roll, Spanish Dynamite Roll, Black Pearl Roll, Seafood Soup, the lunch Hot Bowl and there rice and noodle dishes. They always give me a few pieces of a cooked roll on the house, always excellent too. Keep it up guys, you are the true definition of a superb establishment!!!
