Fusionista is an absolute gem for anyone who loves Peruvian fusion cuisine! I recently dined here, and it was an incredible experience from the food to the service. Every dish was a creative masterpiece, blending traditional Peruvian flavors with a modern twist. The bold spices, fresh ingredients, and stunning presentation left me completely impressed.

The highlight of the evening, however, was the exceptional service provided by our server, Juan. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Juan took the time to explain the dishes, offered fantastic recommendations, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. His warmth and professionalism made us feel truly cared for throughout the evening.

Amazing food and service. We had the Ronda fusionista and was a great choice, but come hungry because it’s great portions and multiple plates. David was our server and he was excellent! Definitely coming back.

Came here for daughter’s birthday and while the decor didn’t seem to fit the vibe of food, the food itself was amazing especially for the ceviche, the octopus and pork belly we shared. Gnocchi is usually filling but my youngest one ate the whole thing!

We will have to come back and just order a bunch of ceviches as it was so fresh and delicious.

Every dish was very flavorful and would come back again and make room for dessert

Laura was a great server and the food was delicious!! The place is a little small and the guests next to us were a loud, but I understand there are things you can’t control. I would recommend for a different flavor experience !

Hosted my birthday here (for a party of 14) and they were exceptional! Brian was exceptional with assisting me on making the day go smooth since they don’t have a prefix menu yet- we did a family style brunch and it was perfect! Absolutely love this place and the service (and the servers) are amazing
