The food here was delicious!!! All very flavorful!!! All so very vibrant, full of color made you just want to dive right in and eat it!!! All served family style, plenty for the entire table! We had other dishes but honestly they looked to good that they were eaten before we had time for pictures lol. Serves here was on point!!! I’m pretty sure we had the best guy serving our table though?!!! Recommend some great dishes and drinks!!! Definitely check out this place!!!

Good experience at a higher end Asian/sushi bar. Located in a quiet corner of the Hilton hotel complex. Impressive decoration for the season. Nice and friendly staffs.

Good food selection. Very fresh sushi and sashimi with beautiful decoration. Crispy tuna, oysters and beefs are recommended. Roadted duck was so-so, did not tasted authentically.

Fuhu Restaurant offers a unique blend of contemporary Asian cuisine with a modern twist. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, with a mix of indoor and outdoor seating that provides a great dining experience. The menu features a wide variety of Asian-inspired dishes, including seafood, steak, sushi, and specialty cocktails.
I ordered the Smoked Oysters, Signature Black Pepper Beef, Miso Soup, Fuhu Aromatic Crispy Duck, Yellowtail Tiradito and Crispy Tuna. All of them were delicious, offering unique flavors and very fresh ingredients. However, I did find the duck to be a bit dry, and its flavor didn't quite impress me as much as the other dishes.

I celebrated a friend’s birthday dinner here & it was an amazing experience: From the welcoming hostesses, great atmosphere with a DJ, the server Kyle & management; was top notch. The food was fresh & tasted great as well. I highly recommend coming here for dinner & enjoying the vibes & food with friends. I definitely will come again.

Recently came here for their Saturday Brunch with a group of friends and it was a wonderful experience. Great way to start the day. It has a great modern Asian ambiance, tasty cocktails, and delicious food. Out waitress, Dana, was very attentive and the manager, Lars, checked on our table multiple times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves all while enjoying the music and vibes of Ayu Dayclub in the background. Will definitely come back!

This evening, I enjoyed a culinary adventure with my sister and her boyfriend, where each dish felt like a perfectly orchestrated note in a symphony of flavors and textures. Every dish we encountered was meticulously crafted, harmonizing beautifully to create a delightful ensemble of tastes and sensations.

We started our meal with a thoughtfully curated selection of appetizers, each more tantalizing than the last. The Crispy Tuna was a standout, expertly composed of perfectly crisped rice layered with spicy mayo, sweet soy, and a touch of garlic. The interplay of textures was electrifying, providing excitement and refinement on the palate. Next came the Miso Soup, an iconic staple elevated to new heights. This bowl was imbued with fresh scallions, velvety tofu, and delicate seaweed, offering a warm and comforting embrace setting the perfect evening tone. The Popcorn Shrimp followed, and it was indeed a delight. Flash-fried to a tantalizing crunch, these morsels were paired with a zesty chili mayo sprinkled with furikake and green onion, creating a delightful, addictive quality that left us reaching for more.

The sushi course was divine, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to fresh ingredients and exquisite flavor combinations. The highlight here was undoubtedly the Truffle Niji roll—a sophisticated creation featuring an array of fish, including tuna, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, and white fish, along with blue crab, creamy avocado, and refreshing cucumber, all elegantly drizzled with truffle soy. Each bite was a testament to the chef's artistry, bursting with freshness and a careful balance of flavors, making every mouthful a unique experience. We were fortunate to savor these culinary delights at an incredible 50% off, courtesy of their enticing Sunday promotion on both sushi and select sake, enhancing the enjoyment of our meal.

For our main courses, we opted for two standout dishes that encapsulated the essence of FUHU's culinary prowess. The Baby Bok Choy, yet expertly prepared, was adorned with crispy garlic and infused with a light essence of shrimp that brought an unexpected yet delightful depth to this green vegetable. However, the true showstopper was the Kurobuta Pork Chop. Presented elegantly alongside a silky wasabi potato purée, each tender slice of the pork was bursting with rich, savory flavor. This was beautifully complemented by the Signature Fried Rice—a satisfying and umami-rich blend of scrambled egg, green onion, and added beef that rounded out the meal perfectly.

As we neared the end of our exquisite dining experience, we were treated to an extraordinary dessert—Ice Cream by the Scoop. The standout flavor was the Hello Soju Asian Pear Sorbet, vibrantly colored and refreshingly delightful. This sorbet provided a unique conclusion to our meal, leaving a subtle warmth from the soju that lingered pleasantly on the palate.

FUHU exemplifies culinary excellence in every regard—the impeccable service, atmospheric ambiance, and inventive cuisine combined to create a truly magical dining experience. This evening was one of those rare moments in life where every detail had been meticulously crafted and considered, leaving us yearning for a return visit to this paradise of flavors and eager to explore more of what FUHU offers.

The service was top tier, highly recommend the crispy tuna, and the spicy chimichurri roll! Fallen embers is fantastic, and it’s smoked table-side. The DJ entertained, without drowning out conversations.
