One of Denver’s hidden gems. This small restaurant has the most amazing food.
We went and tried different items in the menu and weren’t disappointed.
We started with the Big Eye Tuna Carpaccio, it was absolutely delicious, every single piece of it was perfect. Then the Hand Cut Tagliatelle which was a small portion of pasta but really well prepared. We also tried the Sautéed Black Bass, and Roasted Half Chicken which was our favorite. Finally we had the Profiteroles and Panna Cotta, both were delicious.
Be aware they add 20% of operations surcharge, which I thought was a bit excessive, but the service and food were worth it.

We had an amazing meal at Fruition, I can't wait to go back. The food was exquisite and the service from Sarah was excellent. Highlights included the fried maitake slider with hot honey, the marinated colorado tomatoes and the line caught swordfish schnitzel. Stunning!

Food was incredibly executed and put together - excellent combinations of flavor and texture. Highly recommend the agnolotti, apple salad, half roast chicken, ichiban oyster, and the mushroom sando.

Service was excellent - the entire crew is welcoming, inviting, and attention to the details.

Very high-end romantic vibe. Fruition is my favorite upscale fine dining with many many course meals. Majority of their menu always changes, so your fine dining experience will never be the same! This is a true fine dining place for Western omakase experience.

We loved the service, we loved the spring vegetables. However, the grateful bread was burned on the bottom and both of our entrees were so salty they were almost inedible. I have loved coming to this restaurant over many years but unfortunately this left a bad impression and I will not be returning. If you are visiting this restaurant I would suggest to just get a dessert and coffee and the spring vegetables.

Wow! Such an amazing place! A diamond in the rough. Stumbled upon this neighborhood fine dining experience, (did make a reservation online so not exactly a stumble but did see good reviews,) and couldn’t say enough about the quality of my experience. The staff was friendly, (not stuck up,) and knowledgeable about all things considering: wine, aperitifs, digestives and food to pair. I saw Payton Manning too! This is the down low hot spot of Denver. Shhhh… best food around… Classic fine dining comfort food. It’s in a league of its own. Thank you Fruition!
