Fall Line Kitchen & Cocktails in Vail has incredible food—everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. However, the service left much to be desired. It felt inattentive and didn’t match the high standard of the food.

What really threw me off was the tipping setup on their electronic machine. The default options start at 25% or higher, with no easy way to select a lower percentage unless you manually navigate through extra steps. It felt pushy and unnecessary. Amazing food, but the service and the tipping situation really dampened the experience.

Had a lovely lunch on the patio. We shared a charcuterie board, some wine, tomato basil soup and a salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. The waitress was friendly and efficient. It was just a lovely way to spend a lunch with the beautiful weather and being right outside in the center of vail.

Stopped by for lunch on a whim…Hand down one of the best lunch’s in Vail! We ordered the Burrata Panzanella salad & the Chilled Gazpacho. Both dishes were amazingly fresh, creative & delicious. Patrick our waiter was outstanding. You now have a new regular

The restaurant in Vail Village, Colorado, had an incredible atmosphere, just like the village itself. I tried amazing oysters for the first time and a deliciously fresh veggie bruschetta. The waiter gave us great tips on how to enjoy the oysters, which we totally loved. I would definitely visit the village and the restaurant again ?

Wow! What a great spot with very impressive menu. The wedge salad is state of the art! With quail eggs, thick cuts of bacon (more like fried pork belly) and loads of delicious blue cheese. Very savory and refreshing. It’s so big and filling, that we didn’t even come around to order an entree. Would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

A perfect dinner in Vail. Our server, a young kid from Massachusetts, could not have been any nicer. This was a pleasant dining experience and the food/drink was excellent. Definitely try the chocolate soufflé - a must!

We stopped for lunch craving some onion soup (online menu not updated). The only soup available was tomato bisque - fresh and delicious. Very small portion though. We ordered fries x2. The other portion was over fried - almost burnt. Overall the fries with truffles were very good, not greasy at all. I ordered burrata salad - loved pesto sauce underneath - I’d rather have burrata in a room temperature than cold straight from the fridge (that’s how you cannot taste the creaminess). We also had a burger - didn’t take a pic. Pretty high quality of food, a bit pricey I’d say. A tiny bowl of soup+fries+1beer - $44. Salad was $28.

My g/f and I had an amazing lunch last week at Fall Line..The server Luke’s suggestions were on the money.. Their oysters were delicious and the minionette “pearls” were unique and tasty! The beat salad was so pretty and tasty! We split a bottle of Prosecco and also split the mouth watering grilled cheese and tomato soup! Cant wait to go back next yr!
