This is a counter restaurant where you order at the counter, pay, have a seat and the food is delivered to the table. We had a coupon for the chef's appetizer with the purchase of two entrees. What we got was interesting for the appetizer but neither of us liked it. It was a sweet and mushy bean type mix that has a sweet water to put on top. Hard to describe. The entrees were bowls. We ordered shrimp with the cauliflower and got the rice instead. It is not the type of restaurant where you can easily point out a mistake with your order once the food is delivered. Also tried the chicken with rice. The meat was okay in each entree but not so great that I could recommend. Pricey for what you get. Much better dining options in Disney Springs.

This was a very different experience for me for sure. They have kiosks that you can order anything from the menu on unless you want alcohol then it has to be a person inputting the order. The menu had several items out of stock. One of the salads I ordered was to include green chilis but when I received it they were absent. I took it back to the counter and told them the reason I ordered the salad was for the green chilis. They refunded me the cost of the salad as they said they were out of chilis. The chicken pakora was heavily spiced with a thick coating we peeled off to reveal the chicken. Once we got to the chicken it was good. The build your own bowl feature was fun but the meat was cold. The sauces were very flavorful. The spicy chickpeas were different. I wanted to try this place as I love Indian food but it was a very odd experience for me so I’m glad I at least tried it. $16.75 for a beer is ludicrous though so…..

We had the pleasure to finally check out eet by Maneet today and while I want to keep price out of it, the price of the byob as compared to the serving was severely lacking. I'm not going to hold it against the restaurant though because local prices are different compared to what I'd pay at home and I'm sure Disney springs is a premium.

The restaurant: The staff was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were a true delight in the meal. The restaurant itself really needs some decor other than 5 mirrors on the wall, it's very understated and needs some additional atmosphere. Maneet is a two time TOC champion, multi GGG winner, and Chopped judge. Show off some more.

I will say that both of our byobs were excellent and the puffed rice was the true star of the dish, but the heat level needs some work, I asked for Indian hot and got not hot at all but I was advised that "you can add green peppers or cholula" . Freaking cholula, for shame Maneet at least have an option for chili oil.

The naans were meh, and really could have been improved if there was additional salt. The big complaint is, I have NEVER needed to order extra curry for dipping my Naan into at any Indian restaurant, let alone been charged $4.95 for such a small portion of curry.

While I'm not a local, if this was local to me, I would think hard before returning, the price is high for portion size. 5 dollars for the curry that should have been included in my dish is just ridiculous. $20 for the size of the bowl is high compared to what you might pay for a curry dish at a traditional Indian restaurant, where you would have enough for 2 + meals in a single dish.

When you think of Chef Maneet, you think of spices, curry, bold flavors, like a flavor bomb explosion, cravability, NOT SO. I've watched Chef Maneet for many years and was excited to finally taste her food. Unfortunately, I was sadly disappointed! We ordered the chicken and shrimp bowls that were flavorless, rice was cold, and the bowls were made sloppily. Not too mention that we had to clean our own table before sitting down. I guess the dining room staff was off on Christmas Eve. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Lastly, $5 for a fountain drink, come on now Maneet... it was a family ahead of us and they couldn't afford drinks for their family of 6 so they had to get water... ?
$50 for my husband and I, ehat a waste! We would have rather paid an additional $100 more and went back to Chef Morimoto's restaurant.

We had high hopes for Eet by Maneet Chauhan, a modern authentic cuisine restaurant at Disney Springs. However, my experience fell far short of expectations. As someone who appreciates the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine, I found that this establishment fails to capture the magic of Indian spices and culinary tradition.

The menu offerings are puzzling and lack cohesion, especially for vegetarians. For instance, the Eet Bread Service consists of just two large naans served with chutneys. While breads like naan or roti can complement chutneys, they are traditionally paired with curries for a complete experience. Without any curry, this dish feels incomplete and lacks purpose.

Similarly, the non-vegetarian poutine was disappointing. It featured layers of ingredients but completely missed the mark on flavor, leaving the dish feeling bland and unmemorable.

On the positive side, the mango lassi was a refreshing highlight—moderately sweet and well-balanced. The vegetarian flatbread pizza was decent, but neither of these items felt representative of authentic Indian cuisine.

Another major issue was the service. Our order taker seemed uninformed and casual, which added to the confusion about what to order. When the concept of the menu itself is unclear, knowledgeable staff could make a huge difference, but that wasn’t the case here.

The seating capacity is reasonable, but the benches were unstable and felt like they needed repairs, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially to those unfamiliar with Indian cuisine. This is not an accurate reflection of Indian flavors or culinary heritage. For non-Indian visitors, I urge you not to form an opinion about Indian cuisine based on this place. It does not come close to what Indian delicacies truly represent.

While the concept of Eet may be modern, its execution feels incomplete and disconnected from the soul of Indian food.

Very amazing take on indian food! Really modern aspects and very enjoyable and filling options!

I really enjoyed the food we ate at Eet! It was a great and refreshing balance of flavors! The bread service was very authentic Naan but a great modern twist with all of the chutneys! Each chutney reminded me of my childhood growing up going to Indian restaurants but they all offered just a slight twist!

I really enjoyed the samosa chopped salad! It was a very tangy and balanced flavor! I enjoyed it very much! What a great addition to the typical food at Disney springs!

Can't wait to go back and try for more items!

My girlfriend and I have been a fan tournament of champions and guy’s grocery games and were excited to try out Maneet’s restaurant. I will honestly say this the best Indian food I have ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious. The chicken Tika flatbread and bread flight were highlights

My family and I take a trip to Orlando from Texas at least once every couple years. And we always include a visit to Disney Springs. If not for the wonderful shopping, but for the wide variety of restaurants. This time we notice a new restaurant, EET by Maneet. My family and I have been a fan of Maneet's since she first appeared on Food Network. So this was a wonderful surprise. Obviously we had to stop in. We walked in and there was hardly any wait at all. We looked over the menu, ordered, and sat down. My wife ordered the chicken tikka flatbread, my son ordered the lil naan pizza, and I got the bowl with chicken. Everything was simply amazing. If I had to say something negative, it was a little lacking on heat. Though it’s not a traditional Indian restaurant, I wouldn’t expect it. My wife and I eat Indian food quite frequently so on that aspect, it fell a little flat. But that is nothing I would drop my review with. Highly recommend.
