Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Customer service was good. I gave 4 stars because they were out of a few things on the menu. The sliced brisket was more like chunks of brisket but it was still very good. The chicken was very flavorful and all the meats were tender. We'll definitely return.

My order was completely wrong, ordered boneless and got bone in, mac and cheese fries nope, mac and cheese only, buffalo ranch fries negative , buffalo fries, if your gonna order DO IT in person. Ordered at 7:30 and was being made til 8 at the time we got there so don’t order online

Update you ask me to contact you I have twice now by email provided and nothing no response.
I will never eat here again ate here monthssss ago and tried everything to talk to a manger no answer no return email or phone call. I got food that was not able to eat and have pics to prove it wings were so hard my kids nor I could not even bite into they were so hard and dry the bones were showing on the bottom half you couldnt even rip the skin or meat off the bone it was that hard. I called for a week straight no answer I even emailed and tried to get with door dash they wouldn't do anything either because we received our food. gross from food to customer service I wouldn't even feed my dog this food

Ordered Uber eats. If you look at my receipt I ordered a 3 meat plate w/French fries. Ironically, The chicken and the French fries were going to be for my toddler. That was our dinner. Where’s the chicken Where’s the French fries He will not eat red meat nor the texture of mashed potatoes so my son unfortunately did not have a nice hot meal with me bc my food was delivered and I called 6 times with no answer nor a reply to my voicemail. Yea my brisket was good but I’m super upset that my son did not get to eat with me as intended on their behalf. Btw the creamed spinach was nasty.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They couldnt honor two gift certificates I got from corporate. They say they have burgers and wings but they do not and the two workers barely spoke english so they were no help and had to call someone else on the phone. They made the plate and could of just given me the order and kept gift certificates but they couldn’t even comprehend what the certificates said. Not being funny but seriously I see why its nobody dining in and all the food bins are full like they just opened

Ordered my food through DoorDash. The food arrived quickly but the order was incorrect. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and brisket chili. I received a polish sausage sandwich instead.

I couldn’t find any brisket in the chili and it tasted horrible. The sandwich was at least warm so that was a plus. I don’t recommend this place.

I ordered catering from this location and it was over an hour late. The bad thing about this experience is that no one called to inform us that the food would be late. With no communication from the company I decided to drive up there, and when I walked in, it was so dead and they said my food has been picked up. When I asked to be compensated for my troubles, the two ladies working couldnt assist and said their boss will follow up.......

I was served old food today. The roll crumbled. I paid $24 for ribs and baked beans. The ribs are old with a stale taste. The baked beans are literally soup. The store was supposed to open at 11 am, the doors was still locked at 11:04 am. I have called so many times and got no answer. $24 for old food is crazy!!!!
