Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that i should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.

This place is hopping! The lines are long, but the wait is not! They get my order right every time. They are busy and busy, but I always find a seat. I love ❤️ their root beer it is very delicious! They served the food to your table, and it was pretty quick. The food was hot and delicious! I will definitely return and recommend this place!

I took my mom here for her birthday and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes, made exactly how we ordered and was very good! Kudos to the full staff that did a great job while being a little busy for a Wednesday! Raises for all please!

I am sorry to have to rate Culver's so badly, the reason being on Sunday October 20 we pulled into the drive thru at 7:00 pm. The restaurant and drive thru were very busy, we decided to wait.
Once we placed our order and paid, we were given a number and waited for our food.
When we were given our food I just made sure that the order was complete, before heading home to bradford.
Once home I got the sandwiches from the bag, that's when I noticed a very disappointing site.
I had ordered and paid for a bacon deluxe single with no mayo.
I received a single butterfingers with absolutely nothing else.
No cheese, lettuce, tomato or onion.
I called and was told that no one was available to speak to me, so I left a message and have yet to receive a call back.

Have eaten here at least once a month (or more sometimes) since they opened. Over the last year or so the quality has gone down quite a bit; It's hit or miss. This is the first time I've ordered the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich and definitely the last! Definitely doesn't look as "good" as the website photo. Very disappointed and not worth the higher prices.

The cheese curds and ice cream custards are phenomenonal. 5 Stars here otherwise.

Have NEVER been here before! My Li'l Sister lives in Florida, and SHE told me about Culver's. I looked them up and drove on over there.
I ordered a quickie (Single patty, lett, tomato and onion cheese burger with fries. The fries were crinkle-cut, crisp and VERY HOT! ?
Hamburger bun was very soft and complimented the awesome Burger.
They cook to order, so expect a wait in drive-thru from 7 to 10 minutes BUT the wait is worth it!!!
Next time I'm ordering the butterfly shrimp combo! (And a double cheeseburger to boot!)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This place always seems to have customers, and for a good reason. The staff is welcoming and the food is great. I've never had a bad experience at the Troy Culvers.
