The macaroni salad didn't really impress me. It appeared to be ordinary, lacking any Hawaiian elements, and the grass-fed chicken was somewhat dry. Nevertheless, the flavors were enjoyable. And The Shoyu Chicken was excellent.

One of the great food stands at Southern Market, offering innovative farm fresh cuisine. Loved everything; but, have to give a huge shout out to the turkey melt. 5 Stars aren't enough. Michael is knocking it out with intentional and flavor-packed ingredients. Cozy's hoagies and sandwiches rival the better-known shops in Philly. Quit reading this and get to Cozy for the Roast Pork Dip!
