Everything about this place is special. The food is authentic so authentic that the rice served here is homestyle rice by far the best rice offered in any restaurant. That care taken with just a side dish shows how the main dishes go. All of the dishes are flavor, packed authentic, and the best representation of Mexico and her culinary presentation. Their service is amazing. The environment is relaxed and chill. The cocktails are amazing. The Mexican street corn is white corn. It doesn't get more Mexican than that that's the real deal!! DO NOT SLEEP on this place!

Wonderful restaurant tucked away in Las Colinas. Met friends for dinner and pleasantly surprised.

The chips are definitely thicker / hardier, maybe it's the type but not my favorite, salsa a little watery and thin.

We shared some chicken quesadeas which were awesome and ceviche which seemed to have more pico than fish so improve that!

I got the salmon and was giant and cooked well, perfect compliment was the mash potatoes. A bit pricey at $33, but worth it.

Definitely check this place out as they have a fair amount on the menu, all the food portions were generous. Great service too!

Food, service and the atmosphere was very good. Food was freaking DELICIOUS! We’re from a town where they serve like 4 enmoladas on a dish, thought we wouldn’t get full with just two but damn, were they served really well. We all got full and happy with what everyone ordered. Music was a very good calm ambient experience. Here for work purposes and the food tasted really fresh and prepared just for me. Over all, a VERY GOOD experience!

I came here based on the star rating at 4.7, which is really high in my opinion.

Walked in and took a minute to be greeted.. the bartender sat us. A bit empty for a Saturday lunch too. The menu was pretty simple nothing particular that stood out. I ordered the carne asada - not bad but there wasn’t much flavor. Thankfully I asked for their homemade hot salsa, now that was probably the savior of the dish. My boyfriend ordered the mole dish - not bad actually, sauce was tasty. I’m just going to say it… the corn chips / tortillas are super thick. Not really my jam.. the bowl wasn’t really filled either so if that’s the case maybe put it in a smaller bowl so it doesn’t look half full ‍♀️.

Anywho, I don’t know what the hype is. I’m just assuming it’s the convenience of the location.

From the moment I walked into Cielito Mexican flavors i was blown away from the service . The food was absolutely amazing . For an app I had the Mexico’ City street corn which was legit. I had the Mahi Tacos for dinner which were everything I expected You can’t beat a fish taco wrapped around a fresh corn tortilla. The jicama Elote’s slaw took it to another level.

Fantastic fresh food. Great service. Awesome modern but comfortable atmosphere. Inviting bar. Co-owner Omar very passionate about the menu and freshness. Great variety of cocktails. Delicious jalapeño cucumber margarita. Definitely will go back. Convenient parking out back. Nice side room with lots of light for special event or corporate gatherings holding up to 30 people.

Definitely go here! Everyone here was so friendly. Cute restaurant, it’s an easy walk from the Omni Nextdoor. We loved the iced tea, it was very refreshing and not bitter at all. The guacamole was delicious and tasted really fresh. Queso fundido was fabulous, but very filling. I had the enchiladas verde with chicken and one with cheese, all so delicious. For dessert, I forget what the name was, something Rosa. It was very unique and had such a homemade taste. We decided to return for brunch this morning. We got another batch of verde enchiladas, coffee, chorizo tacos, and chilaquiles. The tacos were yummy, I didn’t personally feel like the chips worked with the chilaquiles because of their thickness, but it still wasn’t bad because of the queso verde. We finished off with the chocolate tres leches, which was also a very yummy dessert choice, not your typical tres leches.

This place was amazing! It was exactly what the manager said it was going to be, real authentic Mexican food. I recommend the enmoladas. The piña colada from the happy hour menu was delicious! I’m so happy my friend and I decided to come here.
