BK is the kind of place where you go to eat something specific from the limited time menu and they don’t have it. I had to order the regular chicken fries instead. The only good thing was the jazz music playing in the background. No wonder why the place was empty. The crew in the kitchen were nice, hard working.

Went to grab some dinner post shift, I ordered a bacon king meal, when I got home (after some shifty service as it appears the person running the window has zero clue what’s going on) I opened my burger and was shocked to see my bun was purple. This was from an OCTOBER event for the Adam’s family (it’s November 25th). Not only was this NOT what I ordered this implies that they are using extremely old ingredients to serve anyone. There was zero information that this is what I was receiving and am very disappointed, as the bun is in bad condition and tastes gods awful. In addition in the past I’ve ordered fries and received onion rings in my fry bag which I don’t have any allergies but there could have been someone with a sensitivity that could have been much more of an issue. Overall very disappointed, do better.

Great customer service! The ladies were so special to my daughter. They are sweet and kind. The order was just in time and the sandwich was delicious and fresh. Ty!

Ordered food and brought it home only to find out they missed a burger, which I was charged for, and two out of three drinks were wrong. Tried calling to speak to someone, but no one answered except for one time, which they picked up and then hung up. Very disappointed. I now understand why there have been so many locations closed down.

My experience at the Burger King location was good. Took my family to dine in, and the inside was updated, clean, and organized. The cashers speak English and Spanish. They took my coupons via mobile and promptly took my order. The table were cleaned and food was well served. It was moderately busy, but only via drive thru.

Your experience may vary due to different teams around shifts hours and busyness.

I ordered a meal with cheesy tots. I pulled to the first window as requested but nobody was there, so I pulled to the second window. A gentleman with black hair came to the window and asked me to go to the first window. I said “but nobody was there.” He said “I told you to wait for me.” I didn’t hear that at first so I asked him again, “what?” And he said again ”I told you to wait for me.” There was no car behind me. Driving backwards in a drive-thru is unsafe. Driving around the building and back to the window could add a car in front of me. Why couldn’t he help instead of treating me like a child “I told you to wait for me.” So I drove off without the food and without paying. They should have treated me as a paying customer. This occurred on 12/11 at 10:45pm.

There was a curly black hair on my onion ring! ? I felt sick to my stomach. Also, soda was watered-down and Whopper was cold and sub-par. Very disappointed.
