Price is reasonable. Ordered the pork chop and always hits the spot. The egg rolls here are very good to must try. There's a little robot walking around delivering food pretty cool. Nice scenery. Would recommend friends and family here.

Wanting to give another Vietnamese restaurant a try and ended up here from San Pedro. So it was quite a drive however well worth it.

They have a pretty big menu and plenty of items to choose from.
I got their 3 combination vermicelli bowl with egg rolls, grilled shrimp, and grilled pork, wife got their brisket pho, and our daughter got their BBQ pork soup with egg noodles, and a side of their signature spring rolls which came with peanut sauce for dipping.

Their food here was quite delicious and quite the treat.
Bloomings reminds me of 'Pho Crystal 3'(Carson City) and 'Pho Fula'(Fullerton OC). They have generous portions for the price and excellent tasting dishes.

Bloomings was clean, organized, and excellent service. We will be coming back to try more items on the menu.
There are so many other options, however you can only eat so much for your first visit.

Used to be frequent customers, but today, we waited for 30 minutes for food. Other families came in later than us and were served first. Ended leaving after 40 minutes waiting for our order. We ended up at Pho Tasty across the street, much better service over there. Do not come here if you value your time.

I used to love coming here when I was younger but now I don’t. The soup gave me an upset stomach, feels like my stomach is going to explode. Everything seemed like it was watered down(siracha, peanut sauce, and sauce for the egg roll).

Service was not great- had to keep waiving down the waitress for their attention. It Shouldn’t be that difficult to tend to customers when it’s not busy at all. (there were about two other tables when we sat down. )

Place is nice but they need a bigger fish tank- seemed very packed for the fishes in that tank. They should probably clean it as well.

Overall, not very happy with this place anymore.

This restaurant has wonderful aquariums with all sorts of sea turtles, rays and fish! Visited for lunch on a Saturday and were seated right away. The servers here are very helpful, and the service is quick and efficient. I am not as big on pho, but love Vietnamese appetizers and rice dishes. We started with the fried tofu, egg rolls and popcorn chicken, which were all really good. I recommend getting the popcorn chicken spicy because medium wasn't as spicy as I'd hoped (if you like spicy things). We had the beef fried rice and cornish hen w/ rice as our main entrees. The cornish hen was crispy and the sauce was good with it and the white rice. Note that if you get soda, they will give you a can, and if you order iced coffee or Thai tea, they will provide it in a sealed plastic cup. I don't know if this from COVID protocol or just standard for the restaurant.

The food here is good. My review here is nothing to do with that. What totally broke my heart was walking in and realizing the conditions of the sea life they have in these aquariums. Fish are WAY too big, too many, stuffed in these tanks. The turtles also looked in poor condition. Honestly it sort of ruined my entire meal experience and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
