We went on Thursday night with the kids and we loved it. Our server Liz was very kind. The kids loved her and she was very attentive. The salad bar was full and fresh. Our food was delicious. The only issue was it definitely needs remodeling. The booths are old and ripped. We will be back again.

We ate here on 12-27-2024. My step daughter has a severe onion allergy. My step daughter ordered the French toast. The Manager Amanda and our waitress Trinity went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination with any onion products.
We truly appreciate their efforts!!

Haven't been to any Big Boy in probably 30 years. Exactly how I remember the chain. Not great, but far from the worst. Could ha e been a little friendlier with amount of fries.

Decided to stop in for dinner Wednesday. Loved it our server Liz was friendly, quick and efficient.. The pot roast was delicious. We will be stopping again. If you ever go into Big Boy in Cadillac ask for Liz!!!! She’s amazing!!!! Thank you Liz for making our dining experience amazing.

Happened to be driving by. Our local one closed down a few years back. Place was kinda gross. Waitress's kinda doing their own things. Possibly need new management. Get it tip top. Might be better for Togo's then done in.

Shame, shame on the owner of this place!! Lose tiles in ceiling, almost fell in a big dip in the broken seat of the booth i was in just looks so dirty and not taken care of in years. My food sat on the counter with the waitress standing there with her back turned and the cook did not even let her know it was done. And, it wasn't even busy in there. So shame on the owner for not caring!! I still gave the waitress a good tip.

An older establishment which could use some updating I don't mean just cosmetic. There's some bad tiles on the floor and stuff like that could be a fall hazard. There were at least seven dirty tables that no one bothered to bus, the whole time we were there. I heard conversation coming from the kitchen about a remodel at their home and what they were going to do in the bathroom. There is enough time to chat there was enough time to clean the tables. Having worked in commercial food handling, the salad bar certainly could have used some attention as well as the soups. I only ordered a bowl of soup and it was good. Husband ordered the big boy and onion rings and he enjoyed it.

Classic Old School Big Boy. Bathroom has not been updated in over 40 years! Maybe more. Nice staff and food is wonderful.
