ATR (Assessment Training & Research)

Debbie Harkness is by far the worst person for this job! She is extremely pretentious Highly unprofessional, rude, condescending and arrogant. DO NOT GO HERE! Your money is better off being spent at another counselor who actually cares. Unless you want to pay this monster to tell you all kinds of negative stuff then by all means go ahead. Her restaurant/deli - Ray’s Northside Deli sucks too. Don’t go there.

Debbie is awesome. She is caring,considerate and views the situation for what it is. She can relate is what I love the most about what her and I discussed, She tells the truth about the issues whether it is what we want to hear. She is very professional and displays it well. I highly recommend her as every aspect of her highlights her area of profession. Thank you again Debbie

To all the one's that are complaining about ATR....my question is are you clean and sober now? Has you're life changed for the better?... My experience was very positive. Last i was there was in 2014. Since then my life has take a turn for the best. I now hold a great job, great income, own 2 homes and part of it is all thanks to deb. She says it how is and no bs. For all those people on here posting negative stuff, its mostlikely because they’re a bunch of procrastinators..

While I have never been a client, ATR has helped many of my clients and one of my friends get the help they needed for substance abuse and mental health issues. Several clients have told me, "ATR saved my life."

I would not recomend going here . They are not honest and will falsify a drug test. How many innocent people are they getting in trouble and destroying their lives to get money from the state.
