Debbie Harkness is by far the worst person for this job! She is extremely pretentious Highly unprofessional, rude, condescending and arrogant. DO NOT GO HERE! Your money is better off being spent at another counselor who actually cares. Unless you want to pay this monster to tell you all kinds of negative stuff then by all means go ahead. Her restaurant/deli - Ray’s Northside Deli sucks too. Don’t go there.

Debbie is awesome. She is caring,considerate and views the situation for what it is. She can relate is what I love the most about what her and I discussed, She tells the truth about the issues whether it is what we want to hear. She is very professional and displays it well. Never never never go here! Debbie had me pay out of pocket for an evaluation saying my insurance wouldn't pay for it. I discovered the next day after paying that my insurance would have in fact paid for the evaluation. She told me I was a relapse waiting to happen even tho I have more than 1 year of clean drug tests. She told me to say I was in fear, I felt like I was going to relapse on the phone to cal-works when I was setting up an appointment to see if they could help with paying for services I was going to be taking through her. During my meeting with her she bad mouthed other companies saying that certain other companies were all about the money when it's actually Debbie in fact who is all about the money. Telling me to state that I feel like I'm going to relapse when I don't feel that way at all and am confident in my recovery is deplorable escpecially since I am in a custody battle fighting for my 2 year old daughter trying to keep her out of her actively using father's hands. That statement could have costed me my daughter. This is a horribly run business she's being sought after by another company for trying to spear that companies name as well. Horrible horrible person! Cold hearted and just an absolute terror!

My experience was very positive. Last i was there was in 2014. Since then my life has take a turn for the best. I now hold a great job, great income, own 2 homes and part of it is all thanks to deb. She says it how is and no bs. For all those people on here posting negative stuff, its mostlikely because they’re a bunch of procrastinators..
